Whatever you do, don’t pay this game for anything. I paid for some reasonable boosts via a hero early in game.

Couple months later, additional charge shows up out of nowhere for something I didn’t need or request. I’m nearly certain not an accident on my part because I have payment password. I submit ticket - they ignore it. So I block purchase and explain situation.

The game decides to rescind the benefits of prior purchases. I submit a ticket again and explain why in think they made an error and suggest they simply remove/return the disputed purchase. The developer’s explanation is that all my purchases are rescinded until I pay for the unapproved purchase. Basically, blackmail leveraging any and all purchases made prior. No real attempt to check or validate the dispute, except demanding a “screenshot”…of what!?…item I didn’t request? (that’s not disputed)…payment receipt with personal information (um…no…and that isn’t disputed either. So net sum customer service, “PAY UP OR SHUT UP”. BUYER BEWARE

1) Overrun by children. 2) no chat spam filters. 3) no mute button. 4) no block button. 5) no cohesive/coherent structure. 6) NO IOS SUPPORT. 7) codes & gifts ONLY issued to NON-iOS users. 8) Streamers CRASHING severs NON-STOP, the developers failed miserably. The game is infested with spoiled & entitled children who fail to understand the underlying theme, PIRACY … not some FarmVille or Roblox hallucinations. These pests will invade your dm’s & cry hours on with NO WAY TO PREVENT IT. The developers screwed the pooch on this game. 0 out of 100 stars. FunPlus .. you’re very bad at what you do. The industry whipping post. To the FunPlus developers that will leave an insulting comment, worry about your job .. not my fact based notations. Fix you game .. you’ve created a platform for Hate-Mongers, Fascists & Racists to flourish WITH NO SUPPORT SYSTEM (Apple is watching).
