The first level that the rockets get introduced glitched. I clear the rockets like it says to and nothing happens. I cleared the entire board just to be safe and nothing. I deleted BricksBallJourney and reinstalled it thinking maybe that would fix it. It did not.

I really have enjoyed playing this game until level 32 - I clear the game play area and yet can’t beat the level. I have no idea why, it’s really frustrating. I’ve even looked online for help with no luck

I have unistalled BricksBallJourney and redone all 31 levels multiple times, and once you get to level 32, you’re done. I have finished level 32, nothing left on the screen, the challenge finished, and you can only keep throwing the balls and nothing happens. It does not detect that the level was finished.

This game is great, graphics are fun and there’s a lot to keep you interested but there seems to be a glitch at level 32 that even if you complete the task and the board it does not register and keeps you on an empty playing board. It’s unfortunate because, I would continue to play but there is no way around it that I have discovered.

I downloaded this game yesterday on my iPhone and paid for no ads. Level 32 does not work, you can completely clear the screen and it won’t let you move on to the next level. It just shows an empty screen that you can shoot balls at endlessly. It’s getting 1 star unless they fix it, it was a waste of money.

Fun game. They hook you with no ads for the first 12 levels, then an ad every other level. Don’t bother paying to eliminate ads, as the game freezes at level 32, never recognizing that you cleared all the bricks. Waste of $5. 🤷‍♀️

It appears the developers aren’t paying attention to all the complaints about getting hung up on level 32. Don’t bother with this game. Deleting BricksBallJourney .

All the bricks have been smashed my board is empty, and the game won’t move onto the next level… I just have an empty board and a ball that I can have go from side to side and hit nothing because again there’s nothing on the board

Level 32 doesn’t recognize that the goal has been met. I tried clicking on the link for support but I get a “page not found”.

This game won’t let me get passed level 32 ! I’ve beat it like ten times and it won’t let me move on ! I clear the board and the screen still shows with an empty board . It still lets me shoot the balls but I have nothing to shoot bc I’ve clears it . It doesn’t say win or loose .I’ve restarted my phone and cleared out BricksBallJourney but nothings working

The game itself is fun but I am so sick of all the ads! If there weren’t so many ads, I would definitely play this game all the time. Too bad I can only play maybe two levels before I get sick of the ads and stop playing.

This games looks like it’s geared toward kids and then ads for other games pop up like “Blushed” which features two women in racy clothing looking like they’re about to make out and it asked the question: “What should I do, enjoy it, or push her away” ???? Gross content for any child to see. Do better.

I was truly enjoying this game until I got to level 32. I have cleared all the blocks but it won’t register the clear. The game just sits there not registering that you have cleared the blocks. Uninstalling/Reinstalling, closing and reopening…nothing has helped.

It is extremely glitchy. And it keeps getting worse. When I started the game, it was not like this at all. When I contacted support or attempted to twice, I have heard nothing back. many levels cannot be won unless you purchase power ups. And the amount of hard levels compared to winable ones are out of proportion. Many times when I watch an ad to get a power up, I’ll get it and then it goes to the game and it just wins that level. I don’t even get to play it. other times, I’ll use my coins during a level for a power up, and it will charge me coins but the power will do nothing. I used a lot of my money playing this game with no benefit whatsoever. And since support won’t respond, I don’t even know if I’ll get it back. I even purchased no ads, but since I have to watch ads to win levels, what’s the point? If the makers of this game could get their act together, I would really enjoy the game itself.

This game was VERY glitchy and some of the "ads" were for known scams. Avoid this game at all costs!

I gave you and paid the no ads fee. Yet you got more adds why??? False advertisement at its finest!!!

Decent game… if it didn’t constantly try to sell you things or make you watch several ads to be able to pass a level… even if you pay to stop the ads. Do yourself a favor, unless you want to spend a ton of money or watch a ton of ads… stay away from this game.

You’re playing the ball games, then all of a sudden it changes to a different game with a hot air balloon floating around. When the balloon is touched, you get a sign that says “rest a while”. WTH???

Even when getting through a level you are forced to watch an ad.

Game itself is fun but is very glitchy and multiple times while playing one level will randomly take you away from the game to different webpages. Who knows what it’s putting on your phone. Took off after one day

What happened to the “journey” after I reached level 500, there were no more. It’s been nearly a month and still no new journey level. That ruins the whole game for me because the saving Amelia journeys were pitched as the difference between this game and others. Major disappointment. I feel tricked.

Level 32 doesn’t work. I clear everything and it doesn’t allow me to move on. I can shoot the balls on the blank screen but nothing happens. Enjoyed this game until I got to this level. Will be deleting since it doesn’t work past level 32.

They make these levels almost impossible to pass without watching an ad. And even when you can watch an ad or two, you still fail a lot. I'm only on level 47. I've been playing for weeks. There's no reason the game should be this hard right off the bat.

It gave me steel blocks and invincible squares at the same time. So the invisible block is stuck above the steel block and the game glitches. I can't move on. The balls won't even release. Tried closing out and starting again but it doesn't budge. The game is no longer playable.

Don’t know if ur aware, but on the first (candy shop), I can’t finish the picture because there’s so much garbage in the way. I have 19 items available, but only need 3 to finish and go to the next picture. Is there a way to do something, anything so I can finish and move on to the next one??

I always purchase the ad free option. Developers deserve to get paid for thier work. Ads and ads for ads are pervasive.

The glitches with the ads are so annoying.

I will play the game and be winning and then it will glitch and make it so none of the bricks get broken, none of the extra balls fall down and the balls I sent won’t come back down.

The game is fun, but there are so many blocks where I have no idea how to break them. There doesn’t seem to be any instructions. For example I’m currently stuck with a block with a lock on it. No ideas how to unlock to break it. A little screen hint every once in a while would help a lot.

I paid to have the ads removed, which is fine. I like the game. But if I go to bed with one life, I wake up with one life. They don’t come every 30 minutes with a cp of five like they are supposed to. The clock only seems to move if I click on the game, but as soon as I leave the game it stops so I never get to play more than one game at a time unless I win. I’ve sent two emails to the helpdesk in two weeks, but have heard nothing. I would not have paid to have the ads removed on a game that I can‘t play as often as I should be able to. Frustrating!!

When I play a level it want go to the next one until 24 hrs has pass

I’ve been playing for a little while now. I’m up to level 621. The biggest issue I have with the game is that the timer/counter does not always refill your hearts. Just now, I haven’t played the game since before going to sleep and I should have full hearts but nope. I still have 0 and have to wait. This happens frequently.

Some of the levels are extremely annoying especially when it’s up to RNG whether or not you’re even allowed to hit that side of the block. Sometimes, the block never rotates to the side that you need it to be on so you can hit it and you end up failing the level. Another issue the game has is with the blocks that have some of the sides with the metal walls. The angle of the bounce that the game shows you is sometimes completely wrong and you end up wasting a turn.

I love this game but I’m just playing art explosion because level 32 doesn’t register the goals being reached

Enjoying the game but not the amount of ads. There have also been a few instances where the ball is hitting bricks but the numbers that indicate the amount of hits left aren’t changing. The game is cheating lol!

I will admit this is an impressive game

This one I like a lot so far it does not give me false moves like a couple other bricks games it says to add 3 more balls watch the add I did and after watching add it says oh yeah if you want 3 more balls watch an add I do I watch 3 adds and it back so deleted the add this game was the last add so I decided to give this version and so far 100% better because it is what it said and not had any issues or impossible game levels Brena

Enjoyable. Challenging

Best of my knowledge when you get the level 32 it won’t let you pass because the game just hangs. You break all the blocks.

Fun game, however you are not able to get past level 32. When you remove all the targets it does not register that they are gone so you cannot get past this level and progress through the game?

I enjoy this game because it’s so fun to actually be using my mind to Figure out ways to get past each of the Stages

Simple, enjoyable without the ton loads of ads!

This game is a lot of fun.

Then I accidentally deleted it! Now, the game itself won’t recognize lvl 32 completion. I’ve tried uninstalling, restart phone, play on airplane mode, normal mode, no WiFi mode and I’m still stuck.

Any ideas?

In middle of a aboard and screen froze. Cannot get to Home Screen to see the level

Way too many add but an okay game

One of the first times I downloaded a game from the Apple App Store and didn’t get bombarded with ads right from the beginning. This game is fun.
