This is probably the biggest waste of money! Congratulations to their marketing team, they deserve a raise. You will pay a lot of money to have 1-2 minutes worth of reading material for things that you already know. (things like, “she prioritizes time for herself.” “She prioritizes self-care”… ok) After you pay the subscription if you want to unlock additional classes that might have value, those are an additional fee.
MusesAcademy caught me at a low-point after a break-up. I’ve cancelled my subscription twice and I still keep getting billed.

Day one seemed ok with the advice given. However each day thereafter, only gives the option to purchase additional features WITHOUT further advice/information. Customer service is pending as I type. Still hopeful that it’s just a glitch.

They told me one price and then charged me an extra $50. Check your account because MusesAcademy takes more money than what they say is in your account.

Poor content and Terrible customer service they don’t let you cancel the membership easily

First of all MusesAcademy doesn’t tell you anything that isn’t common sense or already know. Then I noticed an extra charge that I never approved for $50!! It’s been challenging to say the least to get any kind of a refund. MusesAcademy IS A SCAM

I bought 10 classes for $20 and they decided to change me $50 for the subscription after without letting me know about it. Seems like a scam app. The content wasn’t helpful either.

Is just like buying a book, no videos if you want videos, you have to pay more every single little thing that you want to learn you have to pay extra. Do not get this stupid app.

I don’t like when apps lie to you and they say something when you buy it at first, but then once you’re getting MusesAcademy , they keep asking you for money to actually get full access to MusesAcademy and this is one of those so please save your money and don’t waste it on MusesAcademy

I accidentally purchased a plan not knowing it was a subscription. Never received any communications or email confirmations until they charged me again and this time at “full price” and it was only until then that they canceled it. Not to mention that the content is completely worthless.

Charged me for the first subscription then tried to randomly charged me 50
Dollars for something else that was not mentioned. Thankfully I paid with my Apple account and caught the double transaction attempt and declined it. I canceled my subscription immediately after that. Which btw you can only do by emailing them. There is no way through MusesAcademy or subs to do that.

I have tried canceling the subscription from my settings and from MusesAcademy . When that didn’t work and got charged the money I tried getting in contact with them and after they said I wouldn’t have to worry about getting anymore charges they did it again and took money out of my account.

They advertised that this content is custom designed based on how you answer the questions on the quiz.

There is nothing custom about it. It is just a generic list of topics which you can select from. No videos, nothing.

I called them out via their customer service and no refund “according to their policy”, after-which, my email was rejected (blocked?) after questioning their response.

I thought I paid for a 30 day trial, forgetting it was one that auto renewed. After it did renew, I went looking through the terms to find where to cancel the subscription but still haven’t found where to do it. Sent in a request ticket for my subscription to be canceled but now I’m out more $ for an app that taught me nothing new and many more in app plans to try for more $$. Not worth any of it. Such a pain

DO NOT buy this subscription. They will keep charging your card. This is a scam. stay away!!!

There is no way to be reminded about the renewal of any contract with you. Having a profile with renewal dates would be of better service. It is unclear if any start date for the renewal as well. This would make the process much easier. Also the recent charge for the prescription being uploaded to the persons profile should be required.

Repeated information throughout all “lessons” nothing that isn’t easily found free elsewhere.
App setup was decent, technically it is sound.

Don't buy just the books is better

This is gonna be tough however if I don’t do it, then neither of us will know what’s truly important

Expensive tho
