Won’t allow you to cancel after you sign up for it

I got this app and it worked well and did what it needed to do but when I didn’t need it any longer there is no way to cancel it. You have to write a message to get it cancelled and they wouldn’t do it
Just stopped working for no reason

After paying for the subscription for the year it has stopped working after 2 months.
The remote has stopped connecting to to the Smartv no matter how many times I’ve rebooted the tv redownloaded the app and restarted the internet. Both my phone and tv are on the same WiFi but the app is not locating any tv anymore
