I have paid for the yearly subscription twice so far. It works great for a month or so and then stops working reinstalling Lens wipes out my purchase history and I can’t restore.
Lens does not recognize the items I have submitted. Instead it sends me on some wild goose chase on other apps using the inaccurate descriptions because I’m always hopeful it’s correct so I research the manufacturers it names per item.
BAD APP!!!!!
I thought I had downloaded a Google product which this is not. Since it was Google, I expected it was free. So I did not notice the Apple Store charges for it on my credit card bill until now. But no! Lens proceeded to charge me $4.99 PER WEEk, two weeks at a time.
Lens is horrible. It didn’t listen to anything I did like if I took a picture of something it wouldn’t respond to me. It would give me the wrong stuff and it would give me a copyright.
Shows ball park products but don’t identify the exact product.
I’ve been using computer parts to make a little robotic thing a jig, and it’s been good searching up with the computer parts are but it has to be pictures from Google. I think I would just stick with just telling me what it is.
Lens is difficult to use and is not reliable.

Compared, Priced, Located and Detailed description and you can visit the site that have offered like items!!!! All of a sudden all your questions about the item can be answered. I thought I knew everything about everything but now I’m sure that I do!
