I downloaded Zory because I wanted to play through Illusions of Grandeur by Kathryn Ann Kingsley but frankly unless I spend a fortune on diamonds, I’ll be as ghostly as Julian by the time I finish. You get ONE free diamond every day and as far as I can tell, they only have options to purchase diamonds. No opportunity to watch ads for more. I wanted to play through the book but it’ll be two weeks before I have enough diamonds to progress further in the book unless I either buy diamonds or choose the free option, so I think I’ll be uninstalling instead.

When I was little, I was addicted to reading the choose your own story/ending from the goosebump series. When I saw the ad for Zory at first i thought it was too good to be true but then I saw one of my favorite authors (Kathryn Ann Kingsley) was apart of Zory and it was an instant download. I’m so excited to see if the story of Julian Strande will change with my choices. I’m also excited to read Private Property by Skye Warren (who’s another favorite author of mine)

I’ll come back soon after I used Zory more to give a better update.

Engaging the brain without requiring any skill. It’s awesome.

I’m currently reading The Rigid Duke on this app and I’m LOVING IT! I cannot wait to see what’s going to happen with the choices I’ve been making! The stories are well written and hook you with the suspense of finding out how you might impact the story! You even get told if your choice might have a big impact later. I also love that I can earn more keys and diamonds without having to buy.

Reminds me of the choose-your-own-adventure novels of my childhood except for even more immersive…and spicier.

The books are really fun to read, Zory has some nice settings and accessibility features too. I’ve seen some old favorite authors of mine and some that are new to me.

I’m excited to see what new books and features will be released next!

Zory was way more than I expected. The interface is so clean and welcoming, the choices are plenty, and the customization makes it feel like I can make my own personal app experience. I love the whole idea of helping with the story writing and I love how easy Zory is to navigate. Definitely an amazing alternative to fill time and entertain myself.

Talk about a step back into fun- choose your own adventure meets romance. Zory has great features to make it easy to read on your device (multiple background colors) and the ability to choose scroll reading or page flipping.

But beyond that, you can tell Zory is put together with care and creates a fun way to take in a new story.

I am a super book nerd especially when it’s a romance novel😊 this has been a fun way to read when I don’t just want a regular book. I have only read a few chapters so far and I am loving that I get to choose how this book will turn out. This is such a fun and relaxing way to read!

The creators of Zory reached out to me to share this on my book group on Facebook. At first I was hesitant, but after checking it out OMG IM IN LOVE! I ADORE the fact that I can make choices. It’s like Episode but BOOKS. It’s 100% my favorite app to use to read (minus Kindle 😂). I would recommend Zory to any book reader that wants to find out what would happen if you made the other choices.
