Nothing works

I have emailed you guys about the faces on the watch with all details, I purchased the app, and no one had fixed the problem I had, so I had to delete the app.
You guys just give me excuses by telling me to send pictures and pictures of whats going on, and I had explained exactly what is on my watch.
That is an unprofessional way to deal with customers and if I could I would of gave you ZERO stars on it.
Faces with digital and analog watch are not synchronized, different timing, faces do not load the complications, and so on.
Does not work

None of the faces with complications function. I’ve allowed all the access. No change. I have an Ultra 2 and an SE watch.
I have enabled location and health access. I have disabled always on (one of the main features I bought the watch for), restarted both phone and watch. Still does not work.
The complications are a nightmare to navigate. The names for the complications often have nothing to do with the data presented on the complication. Hard to navigate and understand what complication you’re adding. It ultimately doesn’t matter, though. It’s not going to work no matter the complication. From what I can see, this app doesn’t actually offer anything that the phone’s native complications don’t already offer. I hoped this app would offer me some added value.

All the pictures make it look as tho this app really changes your watch face. It changes the background, so the pictures of the circular watch faces that are the same time as the digital time make it seem as tho you can have the analog style function! Wrong!! Such a shame! You never really see the lack of functions until you pay for the app and then it is very upsetting! I could have simply used a picture from the photo album if I had wanted that!
