I’ve tried several times getting ahold of them with no success!
Been using this app since last year without an issue, apparently they did an upgrade a few months ago and my app has not worked correctly since! I’ve reinstalled it several times without any success, it’s still doesn’t work! And until they get it fixed, don’t waste your money!

I downloaded the app to try then cancelled during the trial period. Got charged anyway and purchase return got declined. Then I thought might as well use it. After converting a few videos the outcome or quality is very poor. Not worth the money.
