Got the app, started using, everything's good. Start tracking an "experiment". Cool, later, though, I want to see the stats....but there are no stats?!? Huh? Then at the bottom, get a notice that: "*To start seeing the effect of an experiment, you need to track a metric for at least 3 days without the experiment, and 3 days when the experiment was marked as completed." This would have been nice to know BEFORE any experiments!! That's all, wonderful app, functionally does what it an app should do, great visuals, navigation is a bit clunky (too much scrolling at this time), and don't know how to stop or restart an experiment, doing too many at once. I need this app, for productivity, for procrastination. Thank you.
Update23feb2025: the only completed experiment I have finished, continually sends notifications even though the experiment "is complete."
There is an inherent bias towards exact and complete entries, whereas, the review of results favors completeness and wholeness.
The Explore tab (more like a media library) of sounds and meditations, leaves the user with a blank screen at the end of each playing. Very poor design: could use at least a repeat question icon/button, or prompt of some sort, or repeat, or control of some kind... instead it just, sits, there, doing, nothing.. very weird.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with Brainway. I canceled my subscription two months ago through the appropriate method under "Subscriptions," and yet today, I noticed a charge deducted from my account. Thinking this was a mistake, I reached out to their support team, only to receive a dismissive response essentially saying, "too bad."
This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a subscription is canceled, there should be no further charges—end of story. To make matters worse, instead of helping resolve the issue or offering any meaningful assistance, their team showed no empathy or willingness to correct their error.
This experience has completely soured my view of the app, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. Beware of their shady subscription practices and lackluster support. I’m now left with the hassle of disputing this charge with my bank. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Brainway.

This app has been scamming people and Apple does nothing to prevent this! This is unacceptable! Go to Better Business Bureau and read hundreds of the same complain - they sell you a one-time payment for access and then - without prior notice start charging you a monthly subscription - worse- they charged me 2 months at once. There’s no info about your supposed subscription, no way of opt in/out, no clear info about such agreement - I haven’t seen a single email about my supposed subscription. Oh, of course: the only thing is clear in their customer service tha’t a No refund police. So they charge you a subscription that you did not enrolled for, they cannot give info about that or any proof uou have signed up for that, charge you at once and - look how ironic - give no refund. If it’s not theft and a big huge scam, I don’t have a better name for this!
