Downloaded AIMentalAssistant assuming it was janitorai.com. It is not, and immediately opens to a subscription menu. I accidentally purchased the year option, and didn’t realize until I was looking over my purchases. I went to their Terms of Use page to contact them and there is absolutely no link to contact them, almost like they copied and pasted the TOS and there happened to be a hyperlink they never linked. There is no way of contacting them and I cannot dispute the claim with Apple either, and now my Apple Pay account is being held at ransom and I can’t download anything.

AIMentalAssistant immediately asks for payments and expects $40 a month or a free trial before you can even access it. When creating a character it’s extremely basic without images or even a name, you then can’t edit the characters after making them. It don’t even let you paste information into character prompts. It’s just bad.
(Below the developer responded saying they fixed these issues. I just tested and can confirm they did not.)
