Force shutdown

PLEASE fix the app. There’s no way to hit app support on here to report this. The app has been force closing for over a month when you’re doing anything, doesn’t matter if I’m submitting something or trying to get coins from my wallet it’ll just pop off screen closed.
If that would stop the app would rate 5 stars because the ease of use would be great but since it keeps doing that I’m using the web browser to do anything.
Disaster of an app. Information Stolen. Won’t Delete My Account

I regret downloading this app! I uploaded a screenshot to this app, and a completely different photo with sensitive information was taken from my photos. For the past 3 days I have been in contact with their support to remove the photo
as it is impossible to do on the users end. I have sent screenshots, the actual image and they apparently have no way of locating your images
to delete them if their app uploads something it doesn’t have permission to! I have requested to delete my account 3 times now. I have requested my data and photos be deleted. They have done none of that and I am still receiving spam emails from them. This has been a nightmare! I am going to have to report them to regulatory agencies at this point as they will not or don’t know how to delete the photo they didn’t have permission to use, will not delete my data and are ignoring
my multiple requests to delete my account. They straight stole photos from my phone! Beware. This seems like a complete scam.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the idea of the app and love being able to interact with some of my favorite brands but the app is SO SLOW, nothing ever loads, I get errors every time I try to submit answers for challenges…
It’s just not there yet, it makes using the app so frustrating.
