Great idea, poor UX

I think you have a great idea. I do think the UX is lacking. My top concerns as a user are:
1. The ads are obnoxious. I think an ad supported model could work but I saw 3 ads in the first 3 times I tried to get a live activity to appear.
2. I enabled all permissions as requested and could never get certain parts of the app to work. Tapping on the today list never did anything. Starting a live activity never worked.
Honestly there is a real potential here! I love this idea so much that if you have a Twitter, I would happily give more feedback and ideas.

I got the pro version just because I wanted a translucent background on my reminders but it doesn’t appear correctly. It’s a white box and I can’t see any of my list items.

I can’t customize by watching an ad. It gives you the option but nothing happens.
