support is extremely poor, be aware that if you need help from GM, it will take you several hours just to receive a response message and the worst thing here is that you will need many responses like that and it can take a whole day but the problem is still not resolved.I had to wait from 10am until 7pm and the problem was still not resolved. Even my friend was not supported.

As the title suggest, just like other gacha’s static ui layout with daily quest and event boards in which you grind away to achieve rewards is repetitive and grind heavy. The gacha suggest higher than average rates… I honestly played since launch, I can easily go 4 straight 10x pulls and not get a single ssr done this multiple times and the pity system is awful (it unlocks after you get unlucky for a certain amount of times) it resets each time from ANY random ssr even if you’re 3 single pulls away. The incentive program from ads from social media is also misleading and somewhat false advertisement the rewards are given incrementally from levels and amount of days played. This game doesnt stand out from the crowd of gacha its basically the same just different characters and art.

I didn’t make it through the opening tutorial. I don’t appreciate that all the settings are locked out until I proceed through a tutorial and I REALLY don’t appreciate it playing all the audio even when my phone is silenced and not allowing me to mute any of it because settings is locked. The constant talking and talking and no way of skipping through it to actually get into the game and let me just figure it out or look it up later is also infuriating. All in all it insists upon itself and does not give you the freedom to do anything until it seems you worthy of having control of the game or your phone settings.
