When I open the app all I get is a loading screen but nothing else happens. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that ended up netting the same result.

I downloaded this app because it was difficult and inconvenient to use the browser version on my phone, but in this app, I was met with a never ending loading screen and a buffer animation that circled on for ages and ages.
I gave a 1 star because I want the app to get fixed. The purpose of this app is important, and hopefully more 1 star reviews can amplify the magnitude of the issue and help push for an expedited solution.
