I mean… it kind of works?

I’m currently paying the 30$/year (which is a LOT for an alarm clock - I’d rather get a physical clock with FM radio). However, the app is plagued with issues. Not only is the app not very customizable but the “volume button customization” doesn’t work. My most recent issue is that music stops playing after a minute. Sometimes the app doesn’t work. And whenever my WiFi cuts out, it says “no connection” and plays a siren to wake me up. It’s worse than Apple’s default sounds. Cmon - it’s 2024. Can’t you install a download button for the music?

I made sure to look at the reviews but I decided to find out for myself. You can only pick one song to play. You do get to choose which song but most of them are locked so you have few to choose from. Oh… how do you unlock them you ask? You pay $30 a month. Yep! Then you can wake up to any music you want!! No thanks.

I got the free trial to see if this would be more calming to wake me up than the typical apple ringtones and before the first day was even up, it charged my card the full annual price for the app.
The next day when I had the alarm to test my morning routine, it didn’t even go off and I was late for work. If you close your phone, it leaves the app and doesn’t set the alarm unless the phone stays open.
I reached out for a refund since it wasn’t even a full 24 hours for the so called “free trial” and they said they wouldn’t refund it.
Ridiculous.
