It’s okay, but needs improvement

So, I had thought this rivals the other apps out there. However, one fact that I just can’t get a leg over for it is that some answers you just don’t get context for them.
Like there were two answers and they were both correct so it was like a 50/50 shot.
Q- Are the mother and father home?
A- Yes, the mother and father are home.
A- No, the mother and father are not home.
Which it asked something to the effect of “Which one is right”
But it should have said. “I’m trying to say that my parents aren’t home. Which sentence would demonstrate that?”
So this app has a lot of room for improvement before I go anywhere near the purchases. If it continues on this way, I may just get rid of it, because it’s very discouraging to get it wrong just because of the 50/50 luck on a bunch of the questions.
I’m sure this app has a good team with lots of stuff going into it, but I would like the team to review how they are setting up the students for success versus failure.

why do i need to learn the ugly alphabet because like i'm gna write the words anyways so like teach me words instead of the ugly alphabet like i don't see the point because when am i gonna use the alphabet in my sentence
