Hello Billdu Team, I'm writing as a committed user and advocate of your platform who's growing increasingly concerned about key issues that have remained unresolved. I genuinely believe these changes would enhance user experience, reduce churn, and make your product even stronger for freelancers and small businesses. You have something good here—I just wish you’d give these ideas a chance to grow your company even further. Despite referring several new users—one via your referral link and five by direct word-of-mouth—many of us are now facing the same frustration: the way invoice totals are displayed. Right now, customers see the final price before they’ve had a chance to read the breakdown of services. This design flaw has led to confusion, hesitation, and in my case, actual lost sales. In addition, I've raised concerns before about the small font size on printed invoices. Many of my elderly clients prefer physical copies, and the current print layout is simply not accessible for them. I’ve had to rely on Microsoft Word just to make invoices readable—forcing me to pay for two platforms when all I need could exist in Billdu. It’s disheartening to hear these limitations are "not customizable." But what makes it more discouraging is the lack of effort to explore solutions or alternatives. These aren’t niche requests—they’re vital features that could elevate Billdu’s usability across the board. Please consider: Enabling layout customization for invoice previews (service details before total). Adding font size controls for printed documents. Consolidating basic word-processing features so users don’t need a second app. I genuinely believe these changes could grow your company, enhance user experience, and turn loyal users like me into lifelong advocates—not just out of necessity but by choice.
