The ring size given to me was completely wrong and I forgot to cancel it before the renewal and I cannot reach any support due to the website being down

I e contacted support and they do not respond. I want to cancel since it didn’t work for me and I’m a senior citizen on social security and I desperately need my money. I need them to cancel my subscription!!! I’m definitely going to leave a 1 star rating. If I don’t hear from them I’m contacting apple support!! 😡

RingSizer is free for 3 days then enrolls you for a weekly $3 fee. I believe deleting it before selecting “start free trial” button and hopefully won’t be auto signed up for it by just downloading from RingSizer Store. How do you report an app as a scam?

I was subscribed to RingSizer by accident and was charged for it. And I can’t even unsubscribe so now I’m gonna be charged almost 6 bucks every week and the support team isn’t helping at all

Do not buy RingSizer. They charged my account repeatedly every couple of days for months before I realized. Also doesn’t work at all

I have tried to cancel RingSizer multiple times and yet my card continues to be charged in a total of 6 transactions now. Customer support does not email you back this is fraudulent

I downloaded RingSizer a few months ago and used it with no issues. Now after selecting which finger, it says “Tap the image that best matches the finger being measured.” But it is just a blank screen and no image to tap, making RingSizer useless.

Now we can’t even have a ring sizer app without paying for it !
Why did I buy this expensive $450 iPad ? Everything I try to DL has some sort of trial . I tried a couple when I 1st got this money machine then my credit card somehow got stolen twice then I stopped doing anything with a paid app , I haven’t had a issued since.

I decided to use the apps tools to try and find out my ring size. I used the apps functions numerous times to make sure I was being as accurate as possible, and ordered two rings. The two rings were WAY to big. RingSizer isn’t accurate in finding your ring size if that’s what your looking for.

This appears to be another 1/2 A app that makes their money by tricking folks into signing up without a method to cancel. Apple needs to police their App store better. Instead of the instructions that they give you, delete RingSizer and you will have the option to manage your subscription from there

Don’t download this shovelware garbage. They slam their ridiculous paid subscription (SUBSCRIPTION??!!) in your face every time you try to actually get a size, so RingSizer is deceptively NOT FREE.

It’s honestly funny what people think someone would pay a subscription fee for. How often do you think we are measuring rings??!! Charge me once, fine. I have no issue with that if RingSizer works, but a subscription?? It’s genuinely kind of funny.

I made the mistake of signing up for the free trial before reading the reviews 🤦🏻‍♀️ the support page just gives me an error, and when I tried to send an email, it says that the domain doesn’t exist. Can someone help me cancel it before I’m charged??? 🆘

I downloaded RingSizer for the same reason anyone else does. However, when I go to cancel my subscription the button required to press cancel is greyed out and won’t let me cancel. This is even when following the directions to cancel my subscription from RingSizer itself. I then tried reaching out to the company because of this issue and the email address I sent this problem to doesn't exist anymore according to my gmail. Do not subscribe if you plan on ever canceling this subscription.

A little difficult to get finger lined up for sizing, but accurate.

I found RingSizer easy to use and helpful.

The ring sizer worked. I only needed it one time and planned to cancel. But it says server not found when I try to ask for help.
