BOGUS DONT USE THIS APP

I accidentally purchased it I thought I was getting a free trial and I was charged the full amount! The app does not work!! I contacted Apple for a refund they denied me! I am disputing it but, reading the following reviews that won’t work either. STAY AWAY IT SAYS ITS COMPATIBLE ITS NOT!!! FRAUD DISHONEST APPLE SHOULD REMOVE THIS APP FROM THE STORE GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH THOS COMPANY STOLE FROM PEOPLE! I was told by Apple if I challenge the charge on my credit card I would lose my Apple ID and not be able to make purchases any longer! That’s also criminal so they punish you if you fight the charges! I’m contacting BBB in the developer and to inquire about being . IM AT RISK FOR MY ACCOUNT BEING PERMANENTLY DISABLED TO ME APPLE IS IN COHORT WITH THE DEVELOPER WHEN APPLE SHOULD BE PROTECTING THE CONSUMER ON PURCHASES FROM THEIR APP STORE THAT DOES NOT WORK..

Yeah I paid almost $50 to download the app then thought that was expensive but wanted the unlock features so didn’t complain till I went to actually use it and it said had to pay another $150 a year what a rip off.
Stop this stupidity and tell people what they are a tuall going to be forced to pay and why $59 just to have the app set o you phone when you can’t ever use it unless you pay the extra! I’m not happy and I will be telling bank to take off the app charges!

The partner app the use to connect to your car doesn’t always work. I was told that they aren’t compatible with ford or Lincoln but they can’t give a reason or tell when it’s gonna be compatible. And they don’t issue refund bc they point fingers at the developers to blame on them. No wander you have to pay before use bc they know it’s broken and it’s more profitable this way. Esp when you gotta fight to get a refund.
