Set up my password, needed to reset. Got the token to reset, tried it once it said “too many attempts”. Deleted app.

Loaded SpringfieldArmory and added a few firearms. After five firearms SpringfieldArmory crashes.

Nothing very functional or useful

I’ve written to Springfield Armory several times over the last two weeks, using the “Customer Support” feature in SpringfieldArmory. The only response I receive is the automated message assuring me that I will hear back in two days. But, now that they have ignored me for a full two weeks, I think it’s clear that no one is actually reading anything sent through SpringfieldArmory to their “Customer Support.”

Please fix SpringfieldArmory ASAP!!! Every time I open SpringfieldArmory it immediately says “ There was an error loading your firearms. Please try again later.”

I have an account and access my dashboard on the website. I downloaded SpringfieldArmory and it constantly tells me my credentials don’t match everytime I try to logon, but if I go tot he website it works. Not sure what the probe is but they need to get this fix if you already have an account set up.

Really enjoyed this until it quit working, unable to view my vault or make changes. Not worth much without your vault.

Your app keeps telling me wrong password that I have always used so I go the reset process and every time it tells me my password won’t confirm or a error .
Love my pistol but SpringfieldArmory needs work

Was a great app when I downloaded it and worked for the first month. Recently I was going back in and it just keeps crashing with the same message of “There was a error loading your firearms. Please try again later.” Followed by a white screen, can’t go to the menu or anything. I’ve made sure everything is up to date and have restarted repeatedly but it is still not working, I have also emailed for support but it’s been at least a week and have heard back noting.

This is a nice clean easy to set up and install app. When I set up my SA weapon was automatically installed which is nice. Can be used for non SA weapons and a picture imported. It would be nice to have a place for notes such as the serial number but I guess you can use the nickname slot for that.

So the way I am reading your privacy policy you may share any information you have acquired without a warrant simply by an “official” requesting it it? Sounds the same as the liberty safe fiasco.

What’s not to like

SpringfieldArmory makes things so much easier than flipping through a booklet and trying to keep it open. Very easy to use, navigate, and keep track of what firearms and manuals you have/need.

Looks and runs great, easy access to info on tons of models, plus I just activate my warranty got a store discount and 2 years of reading magazines free for literally 5 minutes on SpringfieldArmory and no purchase at all !

Easy way to register my firearms and reference manuals to clean my guns

Easy app to use. If you have a Springfield you should have SpringfieldArmory.

Access to your specifications and manuals is always useful. Particularly over time.

When I logged in all my Springfield Armory guns showed up with purchase dates and manuals. It is about time a gun maker did these. Glad it was my favorite.

I’m totally satisfied with my purchase, as always the Hellcat pro is an amazing looking gun and quality made.

I don’t understand why five magazines can come with the Hellcat and just two Comes with a more expensive model and one had a problem luckily I’m handy. I love so many of the features of this Glock Smacker lol. I just need a manual and would love a couple new magazines. I will definitely be buying more if they keep up these very impressive updates and better models O yeah I just love the Trigger improvements and all of the amedrexious improvements. Very nice work. WBS
