Twice I’ve tried this game

Love this type of game play. However, there is no way to contact support. I paid for an in game purchase and received none of the items I paid for. Tried to email the developer. Email bounced back undeliverable. App developer website has no way to contact them through a form. Have to email a generic email address. And of course like I said, that email got returned. I’m done and will absolutely be filing a dispute with Apple for the charge. I could handle the crazy prices the game charges to upgrade while only getting 100 coins per level if I got my purchases.

After spending $20 on the pro pack the game was absolutely ruined. The concept and gameplay is fun, though the levels are literally copied and pasted (no increasing difficulty or uniqueness of any kind).
Additionally, the game is programmed incredibly softly. They are using multiprocessing (which is definitely not needed for this small of a game) though don’t actually know how to use it. This leads to weird glitches where their hardcoded patches are blatantly visible to anyone with a base knowledge of C.
Thankfully I am on Apple, so the surplus of memory leaks makes no difference. However the game is just awful after buying a pack as there is simply no difficulty.
Don’t pay for upgrades - you won’t get them.

I saw an ad for this game and decided to download it. There were a ton of ads and they advertised a deal to remove forced ads/ banner ads + 5 free ad skip tickets (for the optional ads), so I figured why not? After purchasing it, I played 2 games and I ended up getting a forced ad and saw the banner ad still present. I then realized that I never actually got the ad tickets so I figured I needed to restart the game. After restarting, I did get the ad skip tickets but the banner ads and forced ads are still appearing. I wrote a note to their support team 4+ days ago and have not gotten a response yet. Even after reaching back out, nothing from them. Super disappointed because this game would’ve been pretty good if it would just give me what I paid for.
