App generates random pics that look nothing like you and are very wrong. Generates male when you should be female. Horrible experience and Customer service doesn’t respond even after three emails.

They have a promo: charge you 3.99 for the first week, then 7.99; well for the 3.99 you get nothing since you need to purchase more credits to generate your avatars, what they give you for 3.99 worth nothing, you end paying more.

The majority of the pictures looked nothing like me and some of body parts were completely distorted. I would not recommend IMAIAvatar.

Downloaded app an paid for the week use option. At start up for the first time IMAIAvatar had you select 20 photos to down load. IMAIAvatar froze during the process. Upon restart IMAIAvatar stated that there was no model created from the photos that didn’t down load due to the crash freeze. There is no area of IMAIAvatar to create one anywhere. Only option selectable is to add more credit and that is about it. Sent customer service an email with no response. Sent three follow up and it’s been almost a week and no response help or credit back. They did respond to my review however and their direction did not work. Sent a 4th email for help after this. They finally repsounded back but only to online review did not credit me back for my purchase. Please credit me back for my purchase!!! Do not down load IMAIAvatar and company is a scam. I would give negative stars if I could and apple should not support unethical company’s on thier App Store.

The AI Headshot was terrible. In some instances IMAIAvatar didn’t even use my face in the generated headshot. It still has the ironical person from the picture. In other generated pictures was the face was totally distorted, for example the face was all blurry or stretched, in others it was upside down or the face was too small for the body. There weren’t any usable pictures that even remotely looked like me.

My thing is this I paid for IMAIAvatar so now I have to pay an additional 7.99 just to use my own pictures? And we start with “Demo” avatar Don’t do that ever again…it comes across as misleading just to get someone to pay 3.99.
