Frustrating Experience with Unwanted Charges and Limited Access.

I downloaded TarotX and started a free trial, which I canceled before the due date. Despite this, I keep getting charged, and I can't download anything without paying for TarotX first. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable..

I’m only using it for the card meanings. The readings are completely off for me- every card is reversed, every day, no matter what. I’ve emailed customer support and they suggested an article to understand how to read reversals. Thanksabunch! but not quite helpful guys. This is a bug that needs to be fixed or I need to be able to turn off reversals. I’m irritated that I paid for TarotX.
Great for learning, not for recording

I wish there was a journal option for plugging in your own draws from personal physical decks. It feels too random and not the most accurate when using any digital tarot decks. Awesome resource for learning though.

When I am trying to decide on a subscription the one thing I look for is a response from the developers on prior reviews, period. I think it shows they care about their customers and to me, that’s the most important part of my decision and of course, if I like TarotX .

I adore TarotX. The presentation is stunning and the insight, insightful. My only qualm; the grammar and syntax. Please hire someone to fix the grammar and typos! You’re doing yourself an injustice by not giving attention to this little detail.
