Needing to contact lexia art due to a subscription recently purchased. I live in Western Australia and when i made the purchase for.a subscription, i had not been aware i would be charged at USD. The total amount was not converted to AUD. I am not willing to pay the USD amount therefore am hoping the issue can be resolved with a refund for the amount taken from my bank account. I can provide all necessary statements if requested. It is appreciated if 1 of your employees could contact me via email in relation to this matter. Kind regards.

After I paid my $9.99 for the year’s subscription to the Lexica AI Art Generator application I have been unable to use it because of “servers are busy” error. I would like to request a refund, but when I filled out the “contact us” information it would not let me submit. I tried twice. If the developer sees this, please respond.

I paid for the subscription and after 11 months I’ve managed to create ONE image! One!!!!!! Servers are busy…. Over and over and over. What a scam. Don’t waste your time or money.

At first, it seemed very interesting and it gave me about five images. Then it want to $10 a year. I thought that was a good deal. But once I paid the money I got about two more images before the servers were permanently busy. I will be trying to get my money back..
