I love this app! There is so much variety in styles of dance to choose from. If I’m not really feeling like exercising but i know i really need to, then I’ll choose something a little less than “hoppier” as i say, and once I’ve danced for 7 or 8 minutes, then i begin to get into it, and have forgotten that I didn’t want to do it in the first place. Next thing I know, I’m choosing a “hoppier” dance session and before it even hits me, I’ve been dancing for 45 minutes, and loving it!
My main goal when beginning Dance FitMe was to lose weight and get healthier. We’ll let me tell you, I’ve lost 10 pounds - - - THIS month! And I’ve lost over 53 pounds since the first of the year! Also, I just came from my cardiologist, and she said that I’m doing everything right and she’s very pleased with all of my reports as of late, as am I!
I am so happy that I found Dancefitme when I did.
