A Horrible experience been trying for three hours to get my echo Alexa set up. !! I cannot reach anybody on the phone to get help and when I do reach them you cannot understand what they are saying.!! Can somebody call me back

Not good

And 5 models. Both identified the music but will not play the music

Al can went offline, unplugged when my tech guy didn’t reconnect I am list

Nothing works on my sign-in page. Can’t type my text!

I haven’t touched it after I set it up and for some reason it spit the plug-in out and quit working. Replugged it in and the same issue. I think something broke on the inside plug in. Kept turning off and on all night.

CommandsSetup is like a cassette player, time to put some worthwhile content on it

Not happy!

CommandsSetup was not helpful, told me that it was free and charged me after entering my credit card numbers. It specifically said that my card would not be charged.

Trying to initiate, create, an account and the system would not accept the credit card and would not tell me why or how to get assistance.

Very hard to hook or add this device

This is a joke! Very hard to follow instructions. Cannot locate how to rest the Amazon hub… I’m referring to the Amazon device that is cylindrical and 91/2 inches tall. I’m 75 yrs old and need simpler instructions. I go to CommandsSetup Store and there are multiple Alexa apps, which do I use?

CommandsSetup is the worst I’ve ever seen. Customer service help is nonexistent. Going to all social media to post how bad it is.

Have to pay to use

You need to be a computer scientist to know how to pair. Not understanding how to pair. I have tried and tried and tried repeatedly reading the directions & still unable to pair with my brand new smart insignia Amazon, fire TV. It’s not pairing with my I phone 14 nor pairing with the Amazon Dot.

I am not clear how to set it up. I need help from a human!

CommandsSetup is frozen, I am not able to set up Echo Dot

I spent the day trying to group my 3 Alexas. I even talked to a representative (He was from India). I thought he could help me. On the phone with him for at least 30 minutes. We went thru several try’s to get the Alexas together. When he told me to click on my Uber App I was suspicious. Then he told me to click on Buy a Gift. That was very strange.I ended the conversation. Now I’m struggling to group all 3 Alexas together myself without success.

I have Spectrum for cable, phone and computers and they recently upgraded their services. I have called them numerous times to get my devices connected and working. I can’t get my Alexia device to work. I gave up trying and currently use it as a clock

Keeps saying can’t connect to the internet was working yesterday but now today

Faulty instructions

All of a sudden, I can’t get a good volume on Alexa. In general, she talks about a three level and I just can’t hear it. I ask her to raise the level of her speech and she does. But soon enough she’s back to where it was and I can’t hear it again. What has happened? It never was like this. Is there a way I can fix it?

Why is this do difficult??

The voice is cool, but Alexa does not actully work, so I kind of hate it, so please fix that 😑

I’m still learning to use Alexa, however this far, seems worse than Google.

Alexa says "to rename this device go to the Alexa app and tap 'Settings'. Tapping settings give me nothing other than Terms & Condition for using Alexa. Nothing about renaming the device!

I have tried to setup my older echo and tried to connect it to WiFi without success. One time echo, the column one, was connected by an instruction by Amazon echo taking over it. It lasted for 2 or 3 minutes then it dropped off the WiFi signal. I have 2 WiFi sites in this house; echo (Alexa) will not work with either site.

Sound not stable. Lots of “Please try again” messages.

Trying for 4 days now to get Alexa to actually Connect to my new network using my new password. No luck so far every set of instructions I have followed has failed to make it connect. Extremely frustrating!!!

She hears me but I cannot hear her.

Every time I get in my car I have to set it up AGAIN🙄. My car says I have to turn off CarPlay but I’m not technically savvy so I’m @ a loss. I’m giving it away. No time for stress

Taking a lot of steps to hear any music

I’ve been trying to get them to play at the same time for about an hour they used to it all of a sudden they just stopped only one place at a time

She is terrific

I love that I can hear whatever I want at anytime.
