I paid for the app but it’s asking me to pay again . I paid for a whole year and it’s not acknowledging me . We’re is customer service etc

The price is right but there’s no download button! UPDATE: looks like it only downloads if I share it. I was able to text the image to myself but that is stupid inconvenient. It won’t even let you do a screenshot, it just comes out blank. It also has a permanent banner commanding you to rate the app, which is why I keep coming back here lowering the rating. I think once they fix the banner and the download it could be 5 stars. It has a lot going for it and I’ll outline those once I can actually use it. UPDATE UPDATE: ok, you can swipe up the “share” thing and “save to photos”. Still a lot more inconvenient than it should be but I added a star back. UPDATE 3 ( I swear I’m gonna do this every time I see the “rate us”. Another bug is that it shows you how to zoom/dismiss every single time you click on a preview; that’s gotta be fixed too. I think once this stuff is fixed it’ll be be better than Dream. It does give you a ton of outcomes, that’s one thing it has going for it! UPDATE: the name of the app changed and I’m reasonably sure it charged me for subscribing again because it said “your purchase was successful.” It’s cheaper than most ai apps so I’m not fussed yet… yet. UPDATE: not one of the issues has been fixed and it’s been like a month. This would be a great app but right now it’s just wasted potential. It asked me to rate it three times in ten seconds so yeah, one star is subtracted every time now. UPDATE 4: it’s been about a month and the did get rid of the bug that made it beg for ratings every two seconds so another star is added they still need a way to download a pic with one click and to stop saying the zoom to view every single time. If they’re so nervous that people will forget maybe they could just have a “don’t remind me again” option and then if someone actually does need to be reminded again they can just keep allowing it? Definite improvement.
