Cannot restore purchases

Paid $30 for a yearly subscription but only after a few months, the pictures he has already drawn are locked. The subscription still shows active but I cannot get anything unlocked. I have deleted the app and re-installed but still no luck. When click restore purchases, I just get an annoying spinning circle and nothing happens

I pay a yearly subscription and at first it was great. Now there’s so many bugs, new Christmas pictures make the app crashing making my toddler super unhappy. Used to be his favorite app but I’ll probably delete because it doesn’t even work half the time.

Consistently have problems, crashing freezing and not downloading the pictures. The new Christmas pictures don’t work at all.
For $30 I would expect better. Will be asking for a refund on the apple app page
