I subscribed for one month and was charged two amounts. 9.99$ and 19.99$. Please advise and correct. Malcolm Chesno
I'm trying to cancel this app, but it seems like that function doesn't work. Is this a scam? STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP
I have recieved multiple unwanted billings through my master card which I have not consented. On the 26th of januari and twice on the 25th of february. I wish to have a refund for three unnecessary billings. I am not amused. I'd like your company to solve this problem

I enjoy the concept of this app. I downloaded it and took the intro quiz before getting to the subscription pop up at the end. I understand that most apps need to be payed subscription based to make money. But in my opinion, learning, education, and knowledge should be free. Even if it was a free based app with the option to pay for additional “features” would be better. But I immediately deleted for the fact that I can just follow similar accounts on other social platforms or watch super engaging and interesting videos on line, like TED or listen to a podcast. I wouldn’t waste your time, unless you are content with spending your money on mediocre content you can find all over the web— for free. No hate, just disappointed 🤷🏻♂️

I was exited to try this app, and the lessons I have done tonight (several of them) are fun, but seem like an “intro to” the topic and only skim the surface of the subjects that they are associated with.
The content is majorly lacking. At the speed I am going through these lessons, there is not nearly enough content to last for the entire 3 months that I unfortunately payed for. I feel ripped off.
I don’t understand why there are so few areas to study, and so few lessons for each section? If you were to add sections for Music, the sciences, social sciences, language arts, poly sci, then it might be worth the cost. There is simply NOT enough content for this app to be worth any amount of money.

I tried it out, because the add talked about learning logic as an adult, which I think logic is a topic lacking in most university studies today and so I decided to download the app to gain more understanding and hopefully take a course on logic. After answering a bunch of pointless questions and being asked to pay, I closed out of the menu and was offered a free trial. I accepted the trial and found the courses to be lacking, in substance and most of the “logic puzzles” I already knew the answers to. Things like the game show paradox (where if you pick the first door then you should pick a different doo r when given the chance) or survivor bias. Basically shorter and less accurate TED talks which you have to read yourself.
