I subscribed for one month and was charged two amounts. 9.99$ and 19.99$. Please advise and correct. Malcolm Chesno
I'm trying to cancel this app, but it seems like that function doesn't work. Is this a scam? STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP
I have recieved multiple unwanted billings through my master card which I have not consented. On the 26th of januari and twice on the 25th of february. I wish to have a refund for three unnecessary billings. I am not amused. I'd like your company to solve this problem

The ad fraudulently claimed that this app touched on scientific topics, which encouraged me to subscribe for the service. However, any content besides basic math, history, and arts is not available. On another note, keep track of charges from this app! I was charged multiple times for the service, and customer support is not easily accessible to mend the situation.
Update: customer service still has not contacted me, and when I attempted to disbute the transaction with my bank, the app claimed to “have provided the service advertised” … which is not true given the huge discrepancy between the ad for the app and the content provided!!

Developers force you to try “a free trial”, after which you’ll automatically be charged for 12 months or 12 weeks before you even get a chance to see what the app is about and what it has to offer. Typical app that makes money by relying on you forgetting that you signed up for a free trial and that continuation costs $$$. I completed the questionnaire, but dropped off after the subscription window popped up - why would I share my card information if I don’t even know what the app has to offer? Common practice in mobile app monetization, but very scammy.
Developers can do better. Let people try the app before pushing subscription models on people.

This app is another one that provides their customers with zero communication prior to billing. I contacted them 7 minutes after receiving an email saying they had charged me asking for them to refund the charge. It took them one month to reply and, of course, they said no refund.
I think it is a poor business practice to be charging with no communication. How come they are able to send numerous emails, getting you to sign up or be engaged but not one to say “just a reminder, your subscription is about to renew”
I manage my subscriptions through my apple account but for some reason your app is handled through your website this left me (and no doubt other customers, in a state of confusion regarding the management of this account.)
It is a simple ethical and courteous practice to let the customers know before you bill them. I am very disappointed that this company chooses profits over any kind of customer care.
