Compré el producto en USA , descargue la app para registrar el avance y en mi país no me permite usarla. Tiene alguna otra app de usa para América Latina.
La respuesta es que solo está disponible para USA, entonces lo deben aclarar, comprar un producto que se facilita su uso con la app y no poder usarla.
Lo que deberían hacer como desarrolladores es darle alcance para que y todos la podamos usar
App will not allow the schedule to work for the second treatment. Every time its used have to delete the schedule and start over as if its the first time every time. They do not allow you to use the IPL as stand alone. Which is a huge negative. Waste more time trying to redo a schedule than it does to do the treatment.
The device never paired i am not sure if it is app bug or the ipl is broken
I bought the machine and downloaded BraunIPLApp but it said it’s unavailable in my country… what should I do?
Doesn’t work without WiFi. Useless after pairing through Bluetooth still requires WiFi. Doesn’t see hotspot.

I bought the device in USA, downloaded BraunIPLApp there, it said BraunIPLApp is not available in the region i was at. I moved to Europe, Bosnia and Herzegovina, it says once again its not supported in my region. USELESS!!
I’m in the US and bought the product in the US and when I try to open BraunIPLApp it says it’s not supported in the country I’m in.
I kept pressing for longer than 10 secs also attempted to do multiple times and devide didn’t connect to the phone also there is no any help
Don’t work on Brazil ! I paid so much for this device and BraunIPLApp say no work in your country or area ! Without the learning thing this is just the same device like so many others ! Please add in Brazil BraunIPLApp
After my first session, I was not ever able to click on the calendar and start the next scheduled session. Totally defeats the purpose of BraunIPLApp and the “learning”. Which is why I was willing to pay so much for the product. Terrible experience
I downloaded BraunIPLApp but when I try to open it it says it’s not available for my country, even though my country is the US and I’m physically in the US. I already checked with apple support and they asked me to reach out to BraunIPLApp support. How can I fix the issue so I can use the product?

Hi guys, leaving feedback and reporting problem here as support is never answering on the line provided. Still Iphone 14 promax (ipl skin i-expert device), now after your updated version, it log ins, but it is stuck at pairing device. When you click Pair it says Oops your device had trouble pairing and suggests to go through the whole cycle again, which I tried several times (switching off and on both devices etc), but no success.
