Don’t buy Braun they force you to use this terrible app!

App will not allow the schedule to work for the second treatment. Every time its used have to delete the schedule and start over as if its the first time every time. They do not allow you to use the IPL as stand alone. Which is a huge negative. Waste more time trying to redo a schedule than it does to do the treatment.
Issue with country region

I downloaded the app but when I try to open it it says it’s not available for my country, even though my country is the US and I’m physically in the US. I already checked with apple support and they asked me to reach out to the app support. How can I fix the issue so I can use the product?
Cannot start sessions

After my first session, I was not ever able to click on the calendar and start the next scheduled session. Totally defeats the purpose of the app and the “learning”. Which is why I was willing to pay so much for the product. Terrible experience
