I purchased 3 diamond packs and never received them. I passed level 222 THREE TIMES! I contacted customer service and was told I basically am lying about the level and that they don’t know when they’re going to give me the diamonds I purchased. This game was a lot of fun but this level of cheating and stealing totally cancels out the fun.

I guess it’s ok. A bit vulgar, but the puzzles are pretty easy. I just don’t see the point if everything costs so much and we can’t even pick the decor, can’t pick the make up or hair and can’t pick a lot of things. Not that fun after a while since we can’t get choices for what we want.
