Cat Translator – Human to Pet Reviews

This is a really fun and entertaining app to use. But let’s realize it is mostly entertainment. Cat have very individual voices and speak in different ways. Some things like hissing, growling, and yowling are pretty universal but as a person who is a bit of a cat behaviorist (I have had many many MANY cats) and who “speaks cat” I have to say CatTranslator’s translations are dubious and inconsistent. But that being said, I would highly recommended CatTranslator for any cat lover just for fun. It is a really cute idea but I would not bank on it’s accuracy all the time.

CatTranslator lets you know what your cat or kitten is saying.I really enjoy CatTranslator and I hope you enjoy it too it gives you an option lots of things and selections and the person who made CatTranslator you are a master and I have a kid and he’s very whiny and sometimes I want toHear what he is saying like I love you or I’m hungry let me out of this room right now but just i loved CatTranslator have aGreat day😃✌🏼 hi its me again also the proson who made this it has lots ofEmotions and all types of stuff in it and I really enjoyed it because I really wanted to know what my cat or kitten was saying

When I first downloaded it I didn’t think it would work like all I thought was understanding a cat and I tried it and I said I love you to my cat and I played it and he started rolling around in purring. I highly recommend this for any cat lover my cat started playing around with my iPod when I played noises from it all so you do have to go to premium to unlock more noises I would like to change that and have a little bit more noises if that is possible.

My kittens had gotten out of the house and we couldn’t find them. So I ( with no hope at all for this to work) downloaded CatTranslator, I played a couple of sounds and very quickly they came back! Not only did it help me find my baby’s again but it pulled me closer to them!

Hello there, I was really excited about me and my cats friendship after I use CatTranslator but this is such a scam. Let me tell you why. This made my cat angry at me: so when I pressed the cat meowing button he meowed and he started biting me out of nowhere and then when I recorded him it said “please stop doing this” over and over again then it said “enough” CatTranslator is so confusing. After I played a few or more sounds he ran up to me started biting me and meowing at me. So yeah please fix CatTranslator because this is fake. Thank you. And if anyone knows this cat behavior please tell me.

I used the translator on my cat 🐈 and it said (I am hungry) I let my cat go and she went straight to her food bowl I was so impressed by this and this is a very good app 5 out of 5 love it AWESOME APP

This is a scam if this was truly as it says let ppl try it for free for a limited amount of uses before just asking them to give away money or put their subscription in 3 days free or not it should be free from the start so ppl can choose to upgrade or not it’s more customer appealing that way

First time I started playing it went really well. My cat said I will fight now it was a really good app. I’m not sure if I believe it though

The title says everything, I hit record a cat for translating by mistake and I still ended up with something even though the only sound was my fan

Absolutely the worst app I’ve ever used

I got CatTranslator and I was very excited, thinking that this would get me and my cat to be better friends. But all it does is make random cat sounds. I was trying to do the translator and I said hello, and it translated in “cat language” and it sounded like a cat fight. CatTranslator doesn’t work.

I automatically uninstall apps that force you to agree to a short trial then auto payments, I always forget to unsubscribe. It’s too bad you can’t even try any sort of version with out risking money. Too bad

You need to make millions of stupid taps on screen after launching CatTranslator from background, after you do that your cat will stop meowing already.

Usually you get to try an app during the trial before entering the subscription. And it asks for a review about 2 seconds in. Odd model. So I get in and CatTranslator doesn’t really do anything but freak out my cat. Fail.

Cant click anything without CatTranslator crashing probably cuz they need u to subscribe many people saying it’s horrible and not worth paying for

Not helpful and CatTranslator is just bad quality. No way to easily cancel the trial subscription so if someone could cancel my subscription or reach out to tell me how, that’d be great.

So l bought this game and it charges you to even use it so I can’t use it because I don’t want to pay. I thought I was getting a free version

I was trying to use CatTranslator but then it won’t let me use it without a trial and I see a bunch of comment not even talking about it and im a kid and I’m trying to use it fix that stupid thing so people can use your stupid app!

I was going to use this to talk to my cat Diana. I opened CatTranslator , and it showed a few preview pages. The last page had a promotion for the subscription. I can’t do anything after that, but buy the subscription. I deleted almost immediately after I downloaded. Good riddance!

P.S: please make it so the subscription is optional.

When I speak into the translator, I said I love you, but all the noise comes out is mad cat noise like angry in the Cat Translator keeps hating me for some reason, so I don’t think this is CatTranslator for me. Also, I think the other reviews is bot except for the other one who put a one star

OK so I saw CatTranslator on CatTranslator Store so I downloaded it, right off the bat I want to me to write a review and it wanted me to pay for "full access to translation"or whatever, and there's no way I could skip over the payment screen

Ok idk if it is my cats but they went wild I told them to find a toy and they looked everywhere they where a little freaked out and I didn’t get a tout

Let me start off by saying my cat has NEVER EVER hissed at me, she’s not an aggressive cat at all ! I have a poodle and a French bulldog that love chasing her around or cornering her at times and she is not aggressive at all with them she won’t even try to swap them ! Now CatTranslator idk
My cat was terrified I feel horrible for even attempting to communicate with her because I honestly have no clue what it said to her! I asked her if she understood what I was telling her and I said “I love you” She became very upset and would hiss at me and looked very scared ! I feel like a horrible cat mum because now she won’t even enter the room without looking frighten !

I’m not usually one the write reviews BUTTT this work but kinda not?? I don’t how to explain it but as soon as I played any of the sounds my cat would come up to me and rub against me while purring, I’m gonna be using this whenever I want her attention and finally I’ll stop forcing her to love me 😛.

Umm so when I used it it kept asking for money for the whole experience so I sent no and it keeps asking for money

Don’t download CatTranslator, I’m not saying that because it’s horrible, it’s not horrible but it doesn’t translate correctly at all! I will say something in the translator and the translator will start making hissing noises and really sad cries which aren’t what I said, I can tell what the cries mean because I have 5 cats at home but these are definitely not correct. Please fix this if you want people to download your app.

CatTranslator is trash. Full of spam every time you click anywhere. They won’t even let you use it without giving them a rating. How can I give you a rating if I don’t if it works. Translator doesn’t work, you must pay immediately to use it. There is no trial. The 6 day trial is also fake. Absolutely no usability here. It’s almost as if they don’t actually want you to use it.

I try this on my cat I recorded myself for my cat. I’m telling my cat she is so cute and the cat language is showing her anger and aggressions. I didn’t mean for her to be scared all of a sudden man.
It does that over and over again every time I say the same thing. That is wrong language. And when I’m trying to record her, she hasn’t even spoken and the translation shows “I will take revenge on you.” Or “Enough.” But she haven’t meowed at all. It’s just my breathing. Or not at all.

CatTranslator is a scam, I have three cats and I tried with them and it doesn't work, they give you three days for free and then you have to enter to cancel the subscription but not from CatTranslator bc they don’t have but from the settings the phone as it is complicated I do not recommend that download it.

I downloaded this just to see if it was any good, 1st you have to pay to use it and 2nd when I used the microphone I whispered “hey” cause my cats always respond when I say it, well when it translated it started hissing and being super obnoxious. I would not recommend.

So I was really excited about this, but I read some other reviews and they were good and bad but there’s one I can relate to when I press the button it kept saying stop doing this to me over and over and over but here’s the thing I went on the cat and I put my voice and it still said something to me with a human voice in the cat box so this is not that good developers, please fix

This is the worst app. It should be a paid app considering you can’t try it unless you agree to a 3 day trial and then it’s 7 bucks a week? Did not have a way to let me use the mic. It just kept telling me to turn on the setting and when I would, it never worked. Do not waste your time.

I installed CatTranslator and was hoping to try it before I commit to anything , as soon as I get halfway through the set up it wants me to subscribe says it’s free for amount of days and then it will auto charge me why do you have to do this? you should give the user room to try it and not get autobilled. If they like it then people will subscribe to your app. This is kind of shady.

So, I was randomly scrolling on App Store, until I found this! I thought it would be pretty cool to talk to your cats, and understand them better, but when I opened CatTranslator , I said “I love you”, and then my cat just started growling and running away from me! Pleeeeeeease fix this developers!

Cats are my favorite thing ever. I’ve always wanted a way to communicate with cats and this is the way I’ve been looking for.😻

CatTranslator is worth two dollars at most. It’s 12 buttons with cat purr sounds. that’s it. It’s not a translator. It doesn’t do anything comprehensive. They try to scam you with the free trial hoping you’ll forget and they’ll make profit off you weekly. Not even worth downloading!

having to pay 7 dollars a week to play and translate cat sounds is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t waste money on this fake app. I can’t even leave a review without it blocking every nickname I choose. This company is only trying to take your hard worked money!

I hope this isn’t a scam. I really really hoping it is not a scam. I’ve been trying every different type of cats translator and they’re all fake, so I hope this is the one

So I came across the ad for CatTranslator and decided I wanted to try it. So I downloaded it and instantly had to suscribe to even use it. Then I record myself saying “I love you” so I could see if it’ll say it to her. Well… idk about y’all but when I say “I love you” I ain’t hissing or doing demonic growls! When I played the cat translation back so I could hear it before trying it with my cat…it was hissing and growling for the translation of “I love you”. I’m not a cat but that ain’t right.

I just used the free trial and then before leaving this review I went and looked at a curiosity as to what you want us to pay to subscride. Are you crazy? The first one I tried was asking my cat to come here and he actually did. Then I tried my cats name and then I love you and the translation was the sound of two cats fighting. I wouldn't pay a cent for CatTranslator, and it has been deleted.

I really didn’t think this would work! Sadly when my 3 day trick is over I won’t have CatTranslator . 7.99 each week is hard to budget for if you have unexpected things come up during the week. What if you switched to monthly and added a price incentive such as 4 weeks for $25 (instead of the 32 you’d have without the price break.

I recorded, “Come here!“ and he completely ignored me! Except this time, he had a look like he DEFINITELY understood what I was saying but that there was no way he was getting off his perch to come over. Will ask about his thoughts on world domination later.
