Elf looks nothing like ours

We have the original elf on the shelf and these options are nothing like our scout elf. He has no ball on the hat and no boots. My kid picked that up right away so I had to delete the app and use a different one. There are options to change, but there should be more options.

Makes you pay $6.99 for the app and it won’t even work the way it should. You can’t download or share videos. What’s the point if you can’t do that?
