Not science based

Not a reliable tracked and cycle syncing method. I wanted to love it but how can I if it says that ovulation phase lasts for a week? Is this a joke? Ovulation is a one day event. With energy of a “tiger bombshell” lasting for about 3 days max before ovulation and maybe a bit after. That’s it. So if some of you are in your luteal phase but read recommendations and see that you still should feel like a tiger bombshell, it’s not you. It’s 28CyclePeriodWellness . There are basically 2 phases. Follicular and Luteal with ovulation in between. Simple. Energy around ovulation is high, and is low around menstruation. Also, according to 28CyclePeriodWellness luteal phase lasts for a week only? It’s half of your cycle, ladies. If you like a science based app and not just a cocktail of someone’s idea of a female cycle, maybe this is not the right choice. It’s hard to take any recommendation seriously when basic biological timeline is being disregarded.

Great concept, super cringey execution

28CyclePeriodWellness has a great concept that is highly needed and useful, but I can barely use it without cringing constantly because 28CyclePeriodWellness design is so, so bad.

Is your very specific aesthetic 90s-thin white women in the jungle? I hope so! Because that’s all you’re getting. Just lots, and lots, of super thin, half naked white women in jungle settings. There’s one frolicking in the bushes. There’s another under a waterfall. They’ll throw a couple beach settings in for good measure, don’t worry. Oh, but yeah, still no diversity in body sizes or skin colors. That would be going wayyyy too far for this developer.

It’s just sooooo dated and cringey. I feel like I’m flipping through a magazine in the 90s that’s chomping at the bit to tell me what “love handles” are and how to use a donut to spice things up in bed.

Outside of that is some good content about what to actually expect during your cycle, followed by try-hard copy under Insights that knows how to procure a good eye roll. It’s not straight up cringe like 28CyclePeriodWellness design, but it’s absolutely lacking in any real depth and substance. I would bet money it’s AI generated content produced en mass.

So yeah, if you’re in the very narrow target audience for 28CyclePeriodWellness’s aesthetic, you’re golden! For everyone else who lives in the 21st Century and can’t stand the secondhand embarrassment you get when you see design choices like this, uh, good luck.

“Ovulatory Phase” & “First Half of luteal” NOT ACCURATE

I initially loved 28CyclePeriodWellness truly. I think my favorite part is the insights bc as women our bodies and mindset change everyday. I felt seen and heard in that perspective which I appreciate. I love the nutritional recommendations which seem spot on! However, what really upsets me is the “Ovulatory phase” this is when me and 28CyclePeriodWellness have ZERO ALIGNMENT. Like no I am a normal woman and after day 14 (ovulation) I literally feel the start of the luteal phase on day 15. I feel the sharp drop in hormones from energy levels to mood. And 28CyclePeriodWellness tells me my energy levels should be high, as well as my mood and productivity? I find this 4 day long Ovulatory phase to be very misleading and untrue in helping women to sync with their bodies. I’m writing this review in hopes it is seen by developers and there are changes made, bc 28CyclePeriodWellness has great potential.

Bug? :/

Super excited to use this, it looks really cool and I found it from your guest on Doing the Most pod (loved this ep) but it won’t let me “My period started”, I tried logging out and logging back in, redownloading, changing my calendar from lunar to calendar (it won’t save the change), to using wifi, not using wifi, waiting and coming back. Nothing has worked yet it just gives me a grey pop-up notif saying “Oops! Unable to update. Please re-login or try again later!” and 28CyclePeriodWellness refreshes itself.

I’m mildly disappointed at this because I waited for my period to start to use the main feature and it doesn’t work for me :/

I’m looking forward to the bug being fixed, still have very high hopes for 28CyclePeriodWellness and I understand it’s new and these things are bound to happen. Hope all is well and I get the opportunity to update this review soon!

Great concept but so disappointing

I really wanted to like 28CyclePeriodWellness. So much so that even despite the expensive cost, I tried the free version for a few weeks. In the end, i decided not to upgrade to premium and will probably delete 28CyclePeriodWellness altogether. The concept is so amazing - syncing your nutrition and exercise with your cycle! We women should all learn to live like that and I was so excited to have tips and guidance. I was so disappointed and honestly so shocked when I opened 28CyclePeriodWellness and was bombarded with images of barely clothed, toned, fit women sometimes in even almost pornographic poses. It’s so weird to have these images in an app I want to use to help improve my health and well-being. When I go in 28CyclePeriodWellness to log bloating and cramps, I don’t want to see a flat belly in a bikini! It’s so strange, the images must be AI generated I’m assuming, because surely a human would realize that we don’t want to see that. Womens bodies are beautiful, but I didn’t download 28CyclePeriodWellness to look at them.

Somewhat promising but misses the mark

I have been using 28CyclePeriodWellness now for nearly 3 menstrual cycles and while I do like the interface and tips, it really is not conducive to tracking your period - which seems ridiculous to use another app in addition so I’ll be deleting this one. I’m an ER nurse and we ask all age appropriate women the first day of their last period. 28CyclePeriodWellness does not track your past dates, the most information you get is what day you are on so then you have to do the math to figure out the date. I have so many questions to ask in triage with a line out the door I don’t have time for people to pull out and all and then still have to do math. 28CyclePeriodWellness should tell you the dates of your previous periods so it can actually learn more about your cycle. They say they use cutting edge technology but I’m very confused why it’s so complicated just to track actual dates.

Okay App

I really wanted to learn more about cycle syncing and while this is a good starting point it seems to be missing the mark for me. I really wish the workouts weren’t follow along, I would love an option to read the workout instead. Also, the why, why this workout for this phase? That information isn’t easy to find in 28CyclePeriodWellness . I would expect it in the body card but it isn’t always there. Some of the workouts seem a bit outdated in thinking as well and not quite challenging enough. I like the other cards and information housed there. I can take or leave most of the recipes so not really worth the premium but I’ll keep trying.

I agree with a lot of the responses about inclusion and body positivity. I don’t need a swim suit model in the forest to make 28CyclePeriodWellness appealing. I’d rather see other designs on the cards than the current model displays. I’m not sure I can continue using it with the current displays.

Love the concept, message is a bit skewed

I want to start by saying that the overall concept of 28CyclePeriodWellness is great. Syncing your workouts to your cycle and allowing yourself to rest when you need it is an amazing idea. However, the messages 28CyclePeriodWellness seems to be sending aren’t the best. There are workouts called “body positive ___” etc, which again, is great. However, the cover photo for every single workout is an extremely toned, skinny model. Very contradictory and not really the type of marketing that should still be pushed. Wish 28CyclePeriodWellness was more about moving your body because it helps you feel good mentally, rather than exercising to look a certain way. They should make the cover photos of the instructors, yoga mat equipment, etc. i otherwise would give 28CyclePeriodWellness 5 stars!! Just disappointing to see stuff like this still.

A few adjustments would make this app fantastic

Inclusion, inclusion, inclusion please. It’d be joyous to see women of varying body shapes, ethnicities, abilities, and skin tones in the visuals. Every visual in 28CyclePeriodWellness is of eurocentric based beauty. Given that 28CyclePeriodWellness is about evolved reproductive care the visuals need to match with inclusion. Also the price points make for more less accessibility.

Let’s address practicality issues. Users should be allowed to enter at least the past 6 cycles into 28CyclePeriodWellness for a more comprehensive interactive experience. Alerts and advice should be customized according to the user’s cycle trends. The grocery lists and recipes should be listed days before each cycle phase and easy to copy and paste to the notes app. Also, it would be amazing if 28CyclePeriodWellness partnered with reproductive product retailers as well.

What makes 28CyclePeriodWellness uniquely valuable is the cycle syncing. It allows users to integrate their biology into their daily lives. It also includes all parts of life - mind, body, career etc like no other. It’s like a cycle coach which is truly magnificent.

Unhealthy marketing

I just got 28CyclePeriodWellness after hearing about it for months. I used to follow them on IG, but had to unfollow after they started posting videos of a woman (who works as a professional model mind you), who supposedly grew her bra size like 4 or 5 sizes “NATURALLY” after balancing her hormones. Right. I can get insecure about my body just like every other woman and their content made me feel so much worse, like I NEED to change my body. It felt like one of those awful “women’s” magazines from the early 2000’s.
28CyclePeriodWellness is much of the same. There’s an element of “what do you want to change about your body?” as if I want to change anything! I’m a healthy weight and I just don’t want to have such extreme period cramps.
The constant images of VERY toned and skinny women nearly naked on the beach is tiring. 28CyclePeriodWellness does not feel like a safe space for women. It feels like something made to appeal to the male gaze in all aspects—here are some pretty women in bikinis; here’s how to get bigger boobs; here’s how to lose weight while working “with” your period…it doesn’t feel like the purpose is to help women at all.
Not to mention, the meals it provides recipes for are not in everyone’s price range. It feels like 28CyclePeriodWellness was made for rich, thin women who want to get even thinner. Not for the rest of us. Reminds me of “Goop” by Gwyneth Paltrow. I want to keep using it for the workouts, but I doubt I will.

Premium Membership Subpar Benefits

Update: still using 28CyclePeriodWellness as of October 2023, I heavily depend on it. My biggest issue now is being logged out every time there’s an update. The verification email takes a while to come so I end forgetting about it and starting the process all over. It’s been 3 days now and I still have not been able to successfully log back in.

I was so excited about cycle syncing that I agreed to do the premium membership immediately. It’s a beneficial app unlimited grocery lists don’t really qualify as premium benefits to me. I’m interested to see if this expands over the year. That said, one issue that I noticed is 28CyclePeriodWellness doesn’t seem to be flexible with cycle tracking.

My menstrual is always 4 days so when my period ended and I opened 28CyclePeriodWellness on day 5, I was surprised to see it still had me on menstrual days. I click the button to say “my period ended” and immediately it responded with my “period ended early would I like to jump ahead to the next phase.” I said yes and it put me on Day 6.

It’s like I’m skipping an entire day of my cycle which isn’t a huge deal if you’re doing period tracking with a different app but can be if you’re hoping to be accurate. Other than that I’m enjoying 28CyclePeriodWellness and hope to see the premium benefits grow to things like private Facebook communities with rooms based on the cycle phases you’re in.

Recipes need attention to detail in ingredient list

I love 28CyclePeriodWellness in helping me cycle sync so I was excited to try the meals and gave the free trial a shot. I made the turkey chili, bought what the recipe list said only to start cooking and see in the instructions it calls for crushed tomatoes and broth. I had to run back out to the store mid cooking. Very frustrating! I had to guess how much crushed tomato to buy since it didn’t say the amount. I winged it and in the end it did taste good but not having what I needed sucked. I’m nervous other recipes will leave stuff out and I’ll be stuck in that same scenario again so I ended up canceling the free trial that same day. I will say the recommended work outs have helped me get moving on days I did not feel like working out. I’ll stick with the free version until the meals portion has a little more attention to detail before paying for premium.

Great concept, needs work

I’ve been really into the idea of cycle syncing and I think the format of 28CyclePeriodWellness is a great way to keep track of what’s best for your body during each phase. The main problem is it wasn’t created with the average woman in mind. The whole app is slathered with pictures of nearly naked women with “perfect” bodies. I’m sure this can act as motivation for some people but personally, that is the furthest thing from how I feel on my period. The women on the thumbnails for the workouts aren’t even the women in the videos! A lot of the workouts focus on goals that relate to obtaining that “perfect” body, but I’m just doing these exercises because it’s what I’m told my body needs at that moment for overall health. I wish the workouts would talk more about that. The food lists they offer are pretty good, but I wish some of the recipes contained ingredients that are more accessible to the average consumer. They sometimes have titles like “anti-aging” and “glowing skin”, which I’m sure the ingredients in those recipes might slightly help with those issues overtime, but again, I just want easy recipes for what my body needs during that phase of my cycle. I do like 28CyclePeriodWellness, I just adjust it to make it work for me.

Love, but would love it

I really love 28CyclePeriodWellness. I have a yearly subscription and the grocery list and exercises alone make this worth it. The cycle tracking approach has been so helpful in regulating my lifestyle to best match my hormones.

I would love to give 28CyclePeriodWellness 5 stars however BUT I genuinely would love if the images were less sexy. I love the feminine energy but the overly sexual images makes it hard for me to use 28CyclePeriodWellness consistently, I struggle to use it around the various guys in my life (brothers, coworkers, my guy). While I recognize there are some women out there who are not bothered by the images I am one that gets uncomfortable with them.

Again love 28CyclePeriodWellness ! The only thing that would make this a 5star for me is if the images were more generic and less sexually provocative.

Grocery lists don’t correlate with recipes

To start I must say, I love the idea of 28CyclePeriodWellness ! Cycle syncing can be super challenging to figure out on your own so having guidance on workouts and nutrition is essential. I also like the layout and aesthetic of 28CyclePeriodWellness much more than MyFLO (which I’ve decided not to pay for and am moving away from - not a huge fan of Alisa and her exploitative nickel and dime approach). I’m paying the subscription fee for 28 which gets you premade grocery lists and recipes which is great, but the glaring problem is that the recipes and grocery lists don’t really match. Further you can’t copy ingredients from the recipes like you can from the grocery list forcing you to click back and forth between 28CyclePeriodWellness and your notes. This becomes a greater issue because they let you see the next week’s grocery lists but not the recipes. This means if the grocery list doesn’t correlate with the recipes you can’t shop appropriately for the next cycle phase. This is such a simple fix. Please make the recipe ingredients match the grocery lists or make it so you can pull a grocery list from the recipe. Obviously things like salt/pepper/other everyday spices don’t need to be included, but unique ingredients that aren’t commonly kept around the house like polenta or hemp hearts would be extremely helpful.

Good, could be better!

I loved 28CyclePeriodWellness when the free version originally came out. I still love 28CyclePeriodWellness but once it upgraded me to the premium version for $80 it left some to be desired.
First, you should have the ability to look ahead and recipes in upcoming cycle phases. Sometimes your cycle phase changes mid-week and you don’t have the ingredients on hand. They added the grocery list for the upcoming week, but I like to pick and choose the recipes so I don’t need the whole list, just the recipes so I can pull the ingredients I need.
Second, $80 a year is a lot for how few workouts there are. I’ve been using it for a while now and am repeating the same few workouts each month. Finally, I LOVE the idea of 28CyclePeriodWellness , the aesthetic and the simplicity, but it needs more. Once again, for $80 I just feel like something is missing. More workouts, more recipes, more features, I’m not sure but I didn’t notice any differences when it upgraded my subscription and I feel that they should either lower the price or add more features to justify the price.

Beautiful wellness app!

i have been using 28 wellness for around a year now, and i love it! the recipes are delicious, the workouts are effective and easy to fit into a busy schedule, AND their insights page has helped validate what i feel at certain points in my cycle. So overall, 28 has been incredibly helpful! Their AI Gaia has also helped me answer my questions more times than i can count, with answers that are quick, concise, and align with natural remedies to help restore women’s health. My ONLY complaint is that i can’t adjust when my cycle starts exactly. What i mean it that you can control how long your menstrual cycles usually are, you can end and start them early, but if you don’t start your period for a couple of days or it’s longer than usual the timeline is a bit messed up due to not having that control. As far as i know that feature does not exist. But as i said, my only complaint ☺️ So regardless of where you are in your health and hormone journey i endlessly recommend the 28 wellness app!!!

Love this app!

28 has provided me with so much insight about my cycle! I have been able to cycle sync my nutrition and workouts, even as someone with an irregular period. I do wish you didn’t have to purchase a 28 subscription in order to access all the recipes and groceries, but I know that this is ultimately a business and they have to make profit. I don’t feel the subscription is worth it, just for me personally. But I do feel like it can be beneficial for a lot of people who are lost and don’t know where to start. I love the insights and education that 28 provides. It is crazy to me how spot on it can be when informing me what my body may be experiencing and what I may be experiencing emotionally during different phases of my cycle. 28CyclePeriodWellness has really helped me stay in tune with my body and embrace my womanhood. I can’t even picture my life without 28CyclePeriodWellness now, it does it all for you and brings me a sense of comfort. Thanks 28! 💜

Doing the most for women’s health

I recommend 28CyclePeriodWellness to EVERY girl I know. Everything about it makes me feel seen and taken care of as a woman, as I’ve learned how complex and beautiful we are. I’m 22 and have been a premium member since the beginning. The recipes are delicious and I use them as the basis for my grocery shopping every week! They are updated frequently too so it never feels like you’re stuck in a food rut but you’re able to stick to favorites, too. Unlike most workout routines, I don’t feel sick or like I’m DYING when I workout, but know I’m taking care of my body and giving it what it needs. Amazing. And the insights 🤩. All I can say is that I’ve learned more from 28 about my body than I ever did from a doctor and have never felt better or more confident as a girl!!! Babes, you all will thank yourselves for taking care of your beautiful selves with 28 😘

I love 28CyclePeriodWellness so much that I don’t even know where to begin! It’s super affordable! It has so many wonderful features and more being added. The workouts are amazing and don’t require expensive equipment. The recipes are simple, easy and delicious! A grocery list is already made for easy shopping. Tracking my period and symptoms is a breeze! Daily insights help me to better understand my body, mood, etc so I can adjust according to the phase of my cycle. And just when I thought 28CyclePeriodWellness couldn’t get any better they add an AI feature to be able to ask wellness questions and get answers immediately!
If these reasons haven’t convinced you to try 28CyclePeriodWellness then nothing will! lol

Amazing and literally life changing!

I’ve always tracked my cycle and have used many cycle apps over the years, but Balance is by far the best I’ve tried. I’m in my 40’s and on NO hormones, so having the day to day insights they provide has been extremely helpful in understanding the different moods and body changes I might experience over my cycle. My favorite is the workouts aligned to your cycle. I’ve struggled staying consistent with a workout routine and since owning 28CyclePeriodWellness I’ve realized it’s because the workouts I was doing weren’t in alignment with where I was in my cycle. Having that align with my different phases whether it’s muscle building during ovulation or pms yoga while on my period has kept me consistent for almost two years now since owning 28CyclePeriodWellness. I’ll also add that I have two daughters and will be downloading 28CyclePeriodWellness for them when that time comes. We make the world a better place by passing on wisdom and 28CyclePeriodWellness is full of that for a woman’s body. Be empowered and run to download 28CyclePeriodWellness, the free version is great and paid is even better.

I love what Evie has done here!! Doctors have constantly pressured me to take birth control pills to manage menstrual issues, and it’s not something I’ve ever felt comfortable with. Evie has provided a space where I find I am free to be me and where I can embrace my feminine self, away from the constant pressure of artificial and unnatural management options. The recipes have been SO delicious so far, as well as healthy in all the ways I strive for. I love that Evie has developed a place for women to be women and uniquely us! The insights help me understand myself more, and not develop disdain for my emotions. Rather I find I can have so much more grave for myself as I navigate my cycle!! GAME CHANGER FOR WOMEN

I can’t say enough about 28CyclePeriodWellness. As someone with terrible periods and unbalanced hormones, taking control of my health is a MUST. Having an app that’s personalized to where I am in my cycle with DAILY recommendations for food, workouts, and emotions is literally so helpful and amazing. I struggle to workout consistently and with severe anemia I find cardio and intense exercises impossible. The workouts on 28CyclePeriodWellness are the perfect length, great in intensity, and the options are amazing. Seriously blown away with how much insight I get. 28 has helped me stay consistent with my health and support my body in the best way depending on what phase I’m in. Legitimately life changing!!

I’ve been working out for the last five years on and off and it took me until recent years to learn that not all bodies are made equal and women experience a lot of changes during the month that impact their ability to exercise. 28CyclePeriodWellness has been phenomenal for my mental and physical health, in just a month and a half I’ve already seen improvements in my weight, my mood, and my appearance. Since I’m prepared and aware, I can combat any symptoms that I’m experiencing.

I was recently diagnosed with pmdd and have been looking for easy ways to stay in tune with my body. Not only does 28CyclePeriodWellness do it all, but they also are really fast to fix any bugs that get pushed out and their support team is really nice :)

I recommend 28CyclePeriodWellness to all the women I know. I hope 28CyclePeriodWellness never shuts down or gets taken off 28CyclePeriodWellness Store, I can totally see myself well into my old age doing these workouts and learning about the right foods for my body has been a complete game changer.

LOVE 28CyclePeriodWellness!!! I only use the free version but wow it’s amazing!!! Provides everything you need to help you learn more about your cycle, how you feel and how you can do things to benefit your body!!!

From daily insights of things of my emotions, to my physical body to energy levels, it tells you everything you could need to know for your day to day! It’s great to have the insight and be able to use it to my advantage throughout the month. There’s workout videos for each day of your cycle and a half dozen more if you’re not a fan of that days workout. I have recommended 28CyclePeriodWellness to every woman I know 🥳.

I feel so seen, understood, and sane thanks to the beautiful affirmations provided by 28CyclePeriodWellness. It’s amazing how the mantras, quotes, nutrition advice, everything perfectly aligns with how I’m feeling at that state in my cycle. I don’t feel crazy anymore, I realized it’s literally just my body and mind reacting to hormonal changes throughout my cycle. Life Changing

28CyclePeriodWellness is a game changer. It has helped me to better understand what my body needs based on my monthly hormonal cycle. My cycle is exponentially better than it used to be with far less cramps. Flowing with my cycle has made my quality of life way better. I recommend 28CyclePeriodWellness for any women who want to better connect with their feminine energy and flow effortlessly through their month.

I only use the free version but $90 for the annual upgraded version with recipes is a great deal. The free version is already offering so much, if you can afford the upgrade 28CyclePeriodWellness absolutely deserves it, they are my all time favorite app right now.

I can’t say enough great things about 28CyclePeriodWellness. From the layout, to the simplicity and aesthetic of design, to the actual information given. It’s simple, effective, and just so aesthetically pleasing. As a full time artist it’s just important to me lol. I use this a lot for information on what nutrition I should be eating during different phases of my cycle.

Finally a workout routine in tune with my body

I discovered 28 on IG and loved the concept of exercise centered around my cycle. I went off birth control over 2 years ago and have been struggling to maintain consistency in my workout routine. I would tend to skip workouts during the days leading up to and during my cycle. It was discouraging to make progress and then have to stop for a week because I wasn’t able to complete an intense workout. 28 understands the phases of your cycle, gives insights to what is happening in your body and the exercises and nutrition your body will benefit from during that time. I think my biggest gain from 28CyclePeriodWellness is learning what to eat and the reassurance that everyday is different, but you don’t have to put everything on hold just because it’s your period or you’re feeling tired.

Amazing program that’s makes sense

I came across 28 on tiktok and loved the concept behind it. As a woman who has been on birth control for years and just stopped taking it over a year and a half ago, I have noticed significant changes in my physical and mental health. Working out has always been something important to me but I have struggled staying consistent with it. Using 28 and knowing it’s tailored to a woman’s body and where’s she’s at in her cycle is so empowering. I love that I feel stronger after using these workouts and have noticed a significant change in my overall health after using this for a little over a month. I have recommended this to friends and family and would encourage all women to look into it! Thank you 28 for making me fall back in love with working out and taking care of my body the proper way!!!

I never write app reviews but HOW CAN I NOT???? This is the best tracking app I’ve ever used and is so educational for someone who had no idea about any of this stuff a few months ago… why aren’t they teaching this in school?! I found the website through tiktok and have used it so much since then, so naturally I downloaded 28CyclePeriodWellness once it was out. I recommend it to all my friends!! Basing my lifestyle off my cycle has quite literally changed my life. Not only is the info useful and easy to understand, but it’s also aesthetically pleasing and FREE. I’ve found it to be very validating when it comes to how I feel during my cycle and it has made understanding my body much easier and honestly kind of fun. Love love love the purpose behind 28CyclePeriodWellness and it’s just going to get better. Whoever was behind the creation of this is iconic 👏🏻

ENDGAME for Tracking my Cycle

An extension of Evie, how could I not download it. I LOVE IT. I’ve learned a little more about my cycle through the “phases” 28CyclePeriodWellness works through. The nutritional suggestions have been incorporated into my meals and my body has never been more thankful for a shift in routine!
I lift weights for my workouts but 28CyclePeriodWellness has me cutting my workouts in half and finishing off with a strong equipment-less list of exercises that have me feeling AMAZING. I’ve never done yoga but I feel like this is the closest I’ll get without having to pay for a membership. I feel so much more balanced and flexible, I LOVE IT.
And It’s all recommended based on where you’re at in your cycle. Ummm HELLO??? This is it. The one stop shop.
They’re also continuing to improve their tracking algorithms. That’s something that they will continue to enhance but the main mission of 28CyclePeriodWellness, the intention of this company???? They are right at what is women need!!

AMAZING

I don’t use the paid version of 28CyclePeriodWellness , only the free version, but even so 28CyclePeriodWellness changed my life. I had never heard of cycle based exercises before, and this was a big draw for me. I did not exercise regularly before using 28CyclePeriodWellness although I wanted to start, but having the regimen set up as it is was good for what I wanted. Before using 28CyclePeriodWellness, I had periods with HORRIBLE cramps, to the point where I was almost incapacitated (read: tied to my heating pad and within reach of a bottle of aleeve) for 4 days out of the month. I have been doing these exercises for about 6 months now and my cramps are greatly reduced, I feel better about myself, and I’m more aware of my emotional state throughout the month. I also love how they have recently added a period tracker calendar, so I could finally delete my crappy old app! This is by far the best period tracker/cycle monitoring app out there IMO, and I’ve recommended it to multiple friends!

Best Thing I Discovered

I first heard about the concept of cycle syncing through TikTok and then watched an ad promoting 28CyclePeriodWellness; I’ve had other menstrual tracking apps before but this one is truly like no other!! It’s actually changed my life and when I tell you I have close to no pms/painful periods anymore, overall improved mental health, reduced anxiety, and regulated hormones, it’s actually INSANE. I think the only thing I’d love more of is more realistic meal recipes. Some of them are great, but some of them can be a little more complex/ less easy to make if you’re on a time crunch or don’t readily have all the ingredients in your kitchen/pantry. I’d love to see more cycle syncing recipes that you can make with basic kitchen staples for those who have time crunches! Aside from that 11/10 as an app!!
