I bought the RIG 600 pro HS & downloaded this app to set up the headset. It recognized my headset 1 time then it kept saying headset not connected event\ though I was connected to my game or even in a FaceTime call to my wife. You can not set up or change the settings or even utilize the 3 profiles that are available to you if the app will not connect to the headset. Deleted the app & will be returning the headset.

As of feb 18 2024 I’m having absolutely no problems anyone has left a review mentioning the app works great in my opinion I had to connect to it via Bluetooth then open the app and it worked flawlessly multiple times
