I joined at the beginning and the year AND as yet no magazines. Tried my account again, “under maintenance again” how do i get in to my account as i don’t have an account # and it will not take my email. OR is it best to have a refund

I liked ShopNotesMagazine at first but it soon stopped working. I contacted Shopnotes customer service and it was fixed but soon stopped working again. I contacted Shopnotes again and the representative forwarded my complaint to ShopNotesMagazine creator and they admitted there was a problem but they have not fixed it. I can’t log into my account. I like ShopNotesMagazine and the way it works, when it worked but it’s a huge disappointment.
