This app is horrible. It crashes all the time. Sometimes when you make a video or image, another voice will come through for someone you didn’t select. In the app, you cannot search for a celebrity. I bought this pro subscription for a specific celebrity. But you cannot search them. I downloaded the app and bought the pro weekly, but apparently even though you bought it, you didn’t have an email assigned to the app. That, and the app doesn’t communicate to the website. It didn’t recognize my email at all. I contacted customer service and they’re so horrible. They never respond or get back to you. I’ve reached out multiple times. This is such a waste of money and frustrating

I bought this app permanently so I could send funny videos to my friends, but this app doesn’t really do anything right. I did one Ben Shapiro one that was decent at most, but the rest that I’ve done are pretty bad. This app can do 3 things:

1. Do the audio
2. Do an still image or video
3. Add captions
4. Delete watermarks

(If u have the paid version)

Usually I want all of these options selected to make something of quality, but it comes out with a glitchy video, no captions, all the water marks on and a whole frame sponsoring themselves at the end of the video. On top of that the most important thing which is the AI voice is in weird pitches, horrible pronunciation, bad pauses and the voice barely sound like the person I’ve selected. Honestly this app need to get updated and if not I recommend not getting it at all.

My wife downloaded it and showed me what it could and it was interesting so I downloaded and got the year subscription. Only when I went to make my first video it was in some unknown language. I thought that was weird but oh well let’s try again and after writing my message I hit continue it asked me if I wanted to go pro. Again I thought that’s weird so I hit restore purchase, it worked and it took me to the video where a different celebrity said the same thing in that other language. This exact series of events happened like 6 times trying to get it to work until I gave up and uninstalled the app. Later I tried again I hit restore like three times before it would let me even use the free celebrities. And after confirming that they didn’t ever charge me for the first one year subscription I did the week instead. It worked I loaded my message the video started. And the celebrity said something incoherent that was nothing even close to what I entered. I get that this is a time waster but I thought I would be enjoying the wasted time not getting irritated that I wasted it on something so frustrating.
