How to fix SMN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SMN app on iPhone
Update SMN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SMN iPhone app

To resolve SMN network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix SMN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SMN app issues:

Force Stop the SMN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SMN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SMN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SMN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SMN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SMN.

Fix SMN unable to contact server/ SMN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SMN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SMN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SMN on android.
