I tried to log in so I could use my Anatomy Atlas on my ipad during lab instead of having to bring my laptop but apparently my account doesn’t exist (even though I’ve logged in on the website multiple times). I reached out to customer service for help with this issue and all they did was reset my password which did not work and I still can’t log in on McGrawHillExpressLibrary . The second I mentioned needing help with McGrawHillExpressLibrary the guy on the phone went silent for 5 minutes and then hung up on me, don’t bother reaching out to them for help.
I used to use McGrawHillExpressLibrary for college, and loved it. But no longer works? You have to get read everywhere and download it which will take up a lot of storage so I’m really upset because books aren’t cheap and now I have to waste storage when I didn’t use to. I like McGrawHillExpressLibrary better when it actually worked:(
I downloaded this so it would be easier to use and connect to in class but it won’t let me log in even though I’m logged in on the website. Says my account information is wrong or doesn't exist but that’s wrong. Wouldn’t try it again just use a different app.
My account apparently doesn’t exist. It’s already infuriating that McGraw charges nearly $150 dollars for a RENTAL of DIGITAL book, but they make it such an obstacle to actually digitally access the book. Ironically , the book I need is on Business Ethics.
Got McGrawHillExpressLibrary to download my textbook, but it won’t let me sign in. It kept saying I didn’t have an account under my email when I do. I changed my password and everything, but McGrawHillExpressLibrary still doesn’t recognize my email. Terrible app.

Spending as much as I have for the prices they charge on textbooks that proclaim that they work on an app but they don’t should be criminal. My account apparently doesn’t exist despite multiple confirmation screens stating it does. Get it together.
Won’t allow login, was hopeful that McGrawHillExpressLibrary would be resolved from pervious reviews. Looks like that can’t figure out how to make their content easily accessible even after a 140$ e-book.

Yet again having issues with McGraw Hill. I’m using the same log in credentials that I use with Connect, yet I can’t log in. Honestly, just don’t use McGraw Hill at all.
What’s the point of McGrawHillExpressLibrary if you can’t sign in! I thought it was just me until I read the reviews.
McGrawHillExpressLibrary is counter intuitive, stupid, and overall useless. Makes students hate their life and lose their spark.
I was getting out of collage and my little sister needed me to download the Mc.Graw Hill app. So as a sister I downloaded it on her Chromebook. Now mind you she’s like 8 or 9 so she isn’t 5 or something. Anyway we were downloading it and it asked for her email and password from school. We asked my mom for it she gave it to us and it went smooth. But it came to the part where it said it would send a message to that account but we never got it. I kept clicking “resend resend resend” but we never got it. Don’t recommend!!!
