This game would be ok, except it is designed to get you to spend money quickly. You can play for free, but it’s extremely annoying. I haven’t spent a dime on it, and won’t. But I am going to delete it as it’s just frustration disguised as “fun” in some way.
You constantly struggle to upgrade things in order to get something else completed. And by the time you get that one thing completed, you’re already struggling on the next thing. It’s completely designed to require overlapping tasks to get in the way of the other to make it virtually impossible to get on to the next step. And the ONLY way you can avoid that frustrating struggle is to spend loads of money to forego the headache of trying to upgrade all the things at once that need to be upgraded for that one little thing you’re trying to accomplish. It’s just annoying in my opinion - not an ounce of fun. And definitely not worth the time and energy it requires.
It’s also nothing at all what is advertised on other games (which is where I first saw it) but a typical advertisement of one tiny minuscule part of the game and indicate that is what the game is all about. But alas, the game is something completely different and that advertised part is something you will rarely see. In fact, after two weeks, I saw that one little puzzle type part that was advertised once. One time! And I still to this day have no clue what it had to do with any other part of the game. It was pointless. As is the whole game.

The new changes that you did to Regatta most of them are not bad and it doesn’t bother me yes, a little frustrating, especially when you put teams against other teams that are cheating in my opinion by dropping out and then rejoining the regatta, and then starting their tests all over again for the day, that’s not fair to teams that don’t want to drop out of their co-op and do that because we consider that cheating you should make a daily count that they’re allowed to do. No matter how many co-ops they join they should only be able to do the 15 if they’re in gold or 16 with the cash the second part of the regatta that is frustrating is that you changed the mini game, so that now you have to win the puzzles for those to count some of us are such high level. We get stuck for a week or two at a time and that’s not fair to us because we can no longer choose those tasks. so now the co-op has to fight over the six city tasks, which some of those are terrible and we have to delete them because they are so bad and then we’re sitting there waiting two hours for each of those tasks to read coop because you give us such crappy ones, and nobody wants to do, it makes it really hard to finish our task for the day you’ve taken a lot of the fun out of the game the times and stuff are ridiculous. It’s getting more and more frustrating. I’m level 105. If I wasn’t that high, I would’ve already quit this game because of the changes you’ve made.

The game is fun and takes a little bit of planning to keep things running. I agree with others that the time it takes to grow things is excessive. You do have to spend money if you want to progress in the game at present time, not a year ago as some have reviewed. The other thing is they have a regatta running and also another side game. It is a little much to try to do both games at the same time. Also it would be nice if they would give a little more time between these games for a breather, just to get caught up again. Everything gets more expensive like the next building I will need to get up is 130,000 coins. Also it’s VERY difficult to get the supplies you need to level up the barn. I have an over abundance of 2 of the items and nothing on the 3rd item I need. If I sell some of those items, then I’m short on them later on. There is no rhyme or reason of that issue that I can see. Again I agree with others about the land problem. Most of my things are just crammed into one spot. Granted it is a fun game but is also frustrating on the other side of it. Have thought about quitting several times but for some reason I just groan and continue to play. It will just aggravate me and one of these days I will just quit. It’s a shame because it is fun and they have taken the fun out of it. If you really care about people staying with the game take the choke hold off of it. Can’t give it even a 3 star because of the problems.
