I was perfectly satisfied with the old app. I was forced to update. The new app is confusing, and I’m a young person...it is that bad. I prefer FOX23 weather alerts and information over all the other news channels in our area. However, I am ready to switch apps. 😞 Please bring back some of the old features 😬

Before the update I bragged to my coworkers and even my wife about Fox23 weather app being the best. Now I look like a fool!
Everyone I’ve spoke to has done exactly as I have and downloaded channel 6’s app... it’s not much better, but it’s navigational!

For two days I have been unable to use FOX23Weather . It now says its unavailable in my area. I’m in the middle of the viewing area so that is not right. I’ve been having this problem off and on for a couple years now. So because FOX23Weather is unpredictable and unreliable I can only give one star and I’ll have to shop around for a different app to get my weather updates.

I have had FOX23Weather for about 3 years, was the best app for severe alerts. For the last couple of weeks whenever I try to open FOX23Weather to check the weather it gives an error and says app not available in your area. Have no idea why, I’m in Tulsa and haven’t moved. I have deleted and re-downloaded several times.

The Cox media team has put a lot of work into this Application. But for some reason the dally forecast is only updated once a month? Are we not in the 21 century?
I guess we have to listen to Travis Myers to get the up to date for casting…

FOX23Weather has been very helpful the last few days but every time I get a warning alert while watching live (because we are taking shelter and tornado warnings are going off) the alert only has an ok button then when you select it, it opens up the warning’s full detail window. Then I have to exit that, wait for the next video to start playing the ad, then exit it because it is an old video and not live feed. Go find the live feed, rewatch another ad and finally get back to the live feed updating me on the conditions of where the tornado is! Very annoying when you get a warning after warning popping up and repeating the cycle!!! Please fix this annoying bug, Thanks!

Not sure why the new version. New version is horrible, though the recent update did improve a few things. But today, when there are severe storms all over green country, I can’t for the life of me figure out where to find the video feed so I can watch them cover the current weather and radar! I’ve had to go to the actual website or turn on the tv to make sure I’m not in the path of a tornado! And I keep getting alerts for a tornado warning and to take cover...long after Tulsa country was removed from that. Frustrating!

I used FOX23Weather before the recent redesign and really liked it, especially for the customizable alerts. I also like the radar detail showing hazardous storm cells. However, using the new app got me throttled by my carrier because it pulled down over 4 gigabytes of data inside of three weeks before I realized what was happening. Therefore I cannot use it or recommend it.

Wish I didn’t have to watch a 15 second ad before the live feed starts while the sirens are going off outside. This happens nearly every time I switch away from FOX23Weather for a minute to check texts from family. Other than that, FOX23Weather is nice. A little overwhelming for the design but it’s not the worst thing ever.

Love the team’s coverage and FOX23Weather is pretty great, but I’ve noticed one little hiccup.

When watching the live video, if an alert pops up on the screen it blocks view of the video and you have to tap OK to clear it. When this happens, the video feed jumps to the “next” video and you lose the live feed. To get it back you have to close FOX23Weather , tap the live video option and watch the ad again before the feed comes back up.

This could be problematic if people are in shelter watching the coverage. In those cases, seconds can make a huge difference. Any way to get this fixed?

Direct TV needs to stop messing around and get James & FOX 23 back ON air ASAP.

I recommend FOX23Weather to a friend who mostly speaks Spanish. But I can’t find where to change the language to Spanish! Please help.

Watch it every day and night. Love it. Great people makes me feel like family. Only complaint is during bad and severe weather I need to see more Muskogee.

FOX23Weather has a great radar and is very accurate. I love that you can view some of the weather forecast on FOX23Weather ! And I also like that it has a daily and hourly forecast love FOX23Weather .

My iOS only goes to 9.3 so I can no longer use FOX23Weather. I am very disappointed. If you really cared about our "safety" during storms you would include older versions so more of us can use it. I used to really love FOX23Weather: too bad.

I Sooo Miss You All...I’ve watched you for years and years... I called the number to talk about this and I couldn’t get a response...Michael gets me going in the morning with his awesome energy and James is awesome as well...Hope to see you all soon ‼️‼️‼️

Way better than the weather channel. I was gonna give a score of 4 stars but it’s so much better than weather channel I gave it 5 stars

You need to figure out why the update will not let FOX23Weather open.

Was a pretty decent app before but like most app developers they have decided to break things to make ui updates that weren’t needed.

Simply will not open in Ipad half the time. The next day it will work fine. Then it goes back to not opening. Useless

Used to love FOX23Weather but there is no longer any live video feed on FOX23Weather so it’s really just a waste

Can a phone app get cold? This one must be able to be! I always use Fox 23 for weather because it's the most accurate. My wife looks at either The Weather Channel or Weather Nation and she is always reporting bad information. I asked her What if Fox 23, Tulsa tried to predict the weather for New York? I got FOX23Weather, because I thought that it would be quick and easy, but it always freezes the whole phone. I just look it ip on line now, but it takes longer and I freaking hate it!! May be if I could load a older version, more compatible with ios 7.1? Everyone can't afford the latest version.

I do not care for the new format at all. The old weather report felt more personalized, now it seems like every other app on the market. Will be looking around for a different one.

I have found FOX23Weather to be very useful in terms of alerting me to weather conditions but there are a few bugs in FOX23Weather . The biggest I've noticed is in the video section, when selecting a video I will often just get a black screen, and on the live streaming it will play an ad then it will go to a screen that is used during breaks, but I know the news is on. To make sure it wasn't just on my device or network I've tried it on different devices and on several networks with consistent results.
