Charged Twice

I purchased this item on Jan 08, 2020. It never unlocked so I kept hitting restore purchase and it kept giving me an error message. I finally hit the unlock button again and it charged my card again. It finally unlocked the app but I got charged twice just for this to happen. I reported a problem on the website and I was told that my problem does not make me eligible for a refund 😡.

I have tried to open the locked items that I have already paid for and they will not open. Tried to pay again Already paid for it and it still will not open the locked items. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! NOT worth buying this app if only five files will OPEN!!!!!!!

Trying to upgrade to the full versions of all your games is like pulling teeth! Very underhanded, not easy, and continuous problems.
If Buyer does not upgrade, advertisements are not age appropriate. If someone cannot buy the full version, you should not put advertisement on the screen AT ALL. Very rude of your company.
