I used it for 3 months while I was working in China and payed month to month service, never signed up for autopay, and once I came back to Europe and stopped using it I stopped paying for it,and double checked before deleting FlowVPN that the autopay is not on...and it wasn’t since I never signed up for it. I deleted FlowVPN and year after I realized I’ve been charged on my account every month for a full year for their service since I somehow “signed up” for autopay...I contacted customer service and they responded they will refund just last 3 months since they see I was signed up for autopay...I explained that I never signed up for autopay and that they can see in their system that I haven’t been using FlowVPN for a full year and that it was deleted and they never responded to me. This is such a shame to receive this kind of treatment and realize how shameless these companies are in filling their pockets by scamming people.

At the least 2 or 3 times a day it doesn’t connect and needs to add vpn connection again. When it won’t connect it will not allow me to connect to the internet via wifi. I need to delete FlowVPN and reinstall. I’m not happy with my purchase

it’s very slow all through out the day and the WiFi here is fast so it should be fast right no I. Warning every one not to DOANLOAD this warning this is just a scam this is a very slow vpn just saying every Single day I have to reconnect to it in like 1 hour and it literally stops your video for like 10 seconds

FlowVPN is super slow ,contains various bugs and requires you to re-enable the vpn configurations on iOS every time you restart FlowVPN but “ if “ and when it connects the servers are pretty quick I’ve only used the HK servers since they’re the fastest in China but FlowVPN could use a lot of work I hope the developers come up with an update soon

I have used this service for several years with no issues
Last month suddenly the service tells me my subscription has expired
I check and find it had not so I searched and searched and eventually found an email address for support
I quickly received a response to my mail asking for me to send records of my subscription which I duly did, since then despite repeated emails no further response
I tried to take another short subscription as I was away and needed to connect, the service took my money but still stated my subscription was expired
I again email and again no response
So I short if it works it’s a good vpn
If it goes wrong the support is non existent and they take your money but provide no service

Despite having auto-renewal turned off within FlowVPN , an automatic renewal was triggered on the PayPal side due to a previous payment, resulting in an unintended renewal of a 2-year subscription. I am currently negotiating for a refund. Additionally, when switching from a monthly to a 2-year plan, despite canceling the monthly option with customer service, I faced issues with continued monthly charges, leading to double payments. I do not recommend this service.

FlowVPN is worthless. Does not work as advertised. Does not work in foreign countries. There are bugs galore. Although I only wanted a 1 month subscription as a trial, they “auto renewed” it for another month even though I had unchecked the auto renew box. They are crooks selling an inferior product. Almost every time I tried to use it I had to disable the VPN for things to work.

This Vpn was the best when I was using on 7 days trial but immediately after subscription it started bringing errors and turning itself every few minutes, I don’t want to judge right now but feel like I have been scammed coz when try support I get a 502 error. That will be my first and last subscription from me and don’t think that’s the way to do business.

Connectivity is usually pretty solid, although you have to switch locations quite often. Sometimes it works for a few minutes, sometimes a few hours, sometimes a few days, but you’ll certainly have to switch locations frequently. However, it seems lately they’ve spent more resources posting advertisements for promotional discounts less keeping FlowVPN working. And from China, if you want to send a support ticket you need to be on VPN. If the VPN isn’t working, well… No support. I wouldn’t need support if the VPN was working. See the problem here?

Can’t open FlowVPN today after the lastest update

Works well in China and servers are pretty fast. Always requests to add vpn profile even though it’s always been added though. Otherwise it works great and the prices are better than others.

vpn connection is pretty good when it connects, but can sometimes take a very long time to get connected in the first place and is sometimes inconsistent- I often find myself switching servers because I get disconnected randomly. Besides that, it’s been solid

Except for asking authentication each time on launch and no foreign web set only option support.

Been using it for almost 2 years. imaging living in China without having a reliable VPN it Works 99% of the time. just recently it keeps asking to access the setting and need to put in your phone password, that’s a bit of annoying.

I found Flow VPN randomly on the store and surprisingly it works so well! Fast speed and good connection, very good experience.

It is for a few days that is not working ...

It was working fine here in China, even loaded on to my Apple TV.
So I payed for a one year subscription four days ago. Now it says I need to renew it. It was charged to my credit card, customer support is non existent on their web site, or I’m not patient enough to go digging for it. Their account info has no billing info, so who knows what’s going on.

It has been working wonderfully with tvOS 17 and ended up switching to this app on all devices.

I came to China and downloaded it from US App Store. It works good so far. Speed is similar to when I was in the US.
