Tried to redownload app after MONTHS OF IT CRASHING. Now my 1000s of songs can’t be accessed because I keep getting a message that says “sign in failed” but I can sign in on the desktop. This app is REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!

Like what was the purpose of taking the download button now your going to lose just about everybody who lovED the app. Who wants to keep having to search for the mixtape they love when we could go to out downloaded track n play everything from there.. Your making it hard on your self... N us cause I just got a new phone n the songs don't save to your account you have to start ALL OVER with music. ... N that's another thing why aren't the songs saved to the account for when you have to login again everything is gone that us VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!

Bring back download and listen to your audience
This was a 5 star app i listened to it every day but now we can't download for some reason. Why, what's the point of getting rid of this feature. This is bs it's stupid. If only datpiff would let you download I would use that. And that's why I used this app because it let you download but now you can't so what's the point of using it. Just saying, make a change or your gonna lose your audience I mean look at your ratings. 2 stars is really sad, so step it up or your gonna fail.
