Contact Email Templates Support

Reviewing after initial use because there’s something missing that’s important for this type of app. When you “use” a template, it creates a new email message to be sent from your default email address. To select a different “from” address requires editing the message’s addressing.

Why is this a problem? My iPhone is used for both personal and work purposes. Its default email address set to my personal account (to minimize the chances of embarrassment :). I’m more likely to use email templates with my work account. Thus, nearly every time I use this app, I need to modify the “from”/sender address.

The point of templates is to minimize this type of repetitive, manual adjustment. So: specifying a default “sender” address/account for each template would be great.

My second concern is that contacts are not auto-filled as you type them into a template’s address list. You need to press the “+” icon and navigate the “Contacts" search function to find a destination address.

If the developer would make just these two changes/enhancements, I’d rate this 5 stars!

Normally I'll write reviews after using sims too for a while. I take my online crdibility seriously & therefore take a more methodical approach; specifically, like breaking in a saddle — using an app to where I'm confident that my critique is of value.

This is the first tome I've written a review, not knowing the app well at all.

Why?

Well, like the truly homeless, this app hits me with deparation each time I use it, which might not be that long. Every time I.e. Ter I'm met with a plea for s good review.

It's very sad, so here's my contribution,and R/, we delete it. In addition I can't see what I am typing so this is whatever does the it does the in addition I can't see what I am typing so we knows what this says whatever it does the action speak louder than words bye-bye application bye-bye college student high school student elementary school. Just promise me you won't cry.

Update: This app recently updated and ALL of my templates were GONE!! I had to re-enter all of them. What a pain! Now I am scared this could happen again. May advice is to copy /paste all your templates into a doc so next time this app updates and potentially deletes all your content you have all your templates somewhere. Also, the updated app looks nice but I can't see that it does anything new beyond probably now being compliant with the latest OS.

My original review: I am trying to run my small business just on an iPad and give up the laptop. The only thing making the apple email miserable for me was the lack of being able to create templates. I was trying everything - saved drafts, copy/pasting, forwarding, what a mess. This app is simple and works and I am so happy now. Thank you so much for this, really!
