First, please understand I’m not rating the message. I love HCC, we’ve been members for almost 20 years now. There is a lot of content on this app - but just like the appletv version, almost all of it is unusable. Will a video start if I click on it? Maybe. Will it freeze up on me a hundred times while watching? Probably. Is anything sorted in a way that makes sense? Nope. I’m sorry, but the reality is that the only people who will demonstrate the patience needed to use this app are going to be fully committed HCC members. Anybody else is going to give up on this within a few minutes, and that’s a huge problem.
