I loved the layout of this app and spent all kinds of time setting up goals, milestones and tasks. I felt such relief to get all my to dos in one place…until my data started going missing. I thought the error was on my part - like I was entering data inappropriately or not saving it correctly. I methodically went back through the process 3 times until I finally “got it”. This app didn’t save my updates and the laptop and phone versions wouldn’t sync. The support staff didn’t solve my concerns and only seemed to ask more and more questions instead of sharing a backup of my data that I requested many times. I expressed my frustration and asked for my subscription fee to be returned. Suddenly, I got no response to my emails anymore. Worst app (if you can’t trust it, what’s the point) and worst service. Don’t waste your money or time.

I did a lot of research and testing of other apps that claim to be habit trackers or goal setting. I landed on this one and really liked many of the features and options of it. Where it falls short is the integration from your calendar. I would like to see an integration with the reminders app, something very common among apps of this type. Instead it brought in calendar events to my routines and tasks that I didn’t want, therefore really cluttering up the usage. Maybe I’m missing something, so I attempted to reach out for help. I attempted by email from the app and from the website, not getting a response either time. I wish I could give this a higher rating but lack of support and a missing element of integration keeps this from going bigger with me.

I have used this on and off for a long time with varying levels of success but that is due to my own follow through. In the past few months I have used success wizard and productivity wizard together and took the time to mindfully set goals, milestones, and activities and it is helping me keep on track. It has just about everything I need to track my progress. The only complaint I have is that the progress tracking is a little buggy - it puts in missed days that shouldn't be there, and I wish I could go back farther than 30 days. If I have a goal to do something weekly I can only look back at 4 weeks.
