The Daily news fails to offer both sides of stories involving political issues. They frequently offer the liberal perspective on political stories without accurately and fairly presenting the other side to the reader. True journalists simply report the facts on both sides without attempting to win sympathy for either side. This type of “news” media is exactly what’s wrong in this country today and it’s the very thing that is turning people against each other. It’s shameful and I will be canceling my subscription immediately because I’m tired of the constant demonization of the right. It’s propaganda that would make the soviets proud.

It took eleven tries to log in, even though I was also logged via my browser. It keeps defaulting to an incomplete text based index, no matter how many time I change settings. I can’t find the comics, even by searching. My only success is when it apparently sends me to the web site. Why have an app, then?

What happened to NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida where I could choose swipe or read view?

Been trying to stop charges and subscription but can’t get the correct page or email or person. Bank draft payment.

This is terrible - I’m trying to read a newspaper - not hunt for headlines. WHERE ARE THE COMIICS!!

I have tried multiple times to link my home subscription to the online version of the paper. I cannot get either NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida or the online version of the paper to link. I have subscribed to the paper for over 30 years.

We have tried calling in about the problem as well and have had difficulties trying to get through. Altogether the online version of the paper has never been made workable for us

I have subscriptions to three other online newspapers and have not had problems getting those subscriptions to work.

If I try to go to link the subscription after tapping on a “for subscribers only” article, the link does not open or does not work.

I can’t even find my account information in NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida. I’m not sure if you took my subscription or not because when I emailed customer service I never got a reply. Nothing takes me to my account. I paid a few weeks ago and got a flash note that I was subscribed until April of 2022 but today I get a note that I only have 4 free articles left. Am I subscribed or not? It’s impossible to tell on your app! Most disappointing!!!

NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida is becoming worse as I use it. Can’t read the paper without it constantly locking up on me. I can’t even read on section without having to get out of NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida and wait 10-15 minutes before trying again. After 3-4 times, NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida completely locks up and I can’t get back into the e-newspaper.

The stories are old.

NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida is not stable on iPad. It over fills a screen and often collapses with attempted adjustment. Aggravating to use at times. My wife and others have given up.

Now it does not give me access to my e subscription

I read about four or five different news applications daily, and I like this one the least, but since it's my local news I have no choice. Frequently there are double articles, and many of the same articles are kept for days. The application needs a professional makeover.

So far so good.

NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida started out a year or so ago not very user friendly. It has evolved into a great informative, up to date app covering a large portion of the NW Florida area. Gives current accidents when it can to help avoid traffic back ups. Shows current events in the area, and local law enforcement and their efforts to stop crime in our area and neighborhoods. it's my wake up to local news app now when I never read papers before.

I already have a subscription. It keeps signing me out and asking for a subscription.

Just wish they had more reporters and more news! Also wish they had the ability to do more follow-ups on stories that they post.

So much easier to navigate through. The ads aren’t quite as intrusive.

We move often, and always get the local paper when we reach a new place. The Daily News is impressive in its breadth and impartiality of coverage. NWFDailyNewsFWBFlorida works well, too. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the new look and simplicity of the update.
