I just got the app today I think it’s pretty cool and fun but as I read other reviews I’m starting to doubt the app but so far I’m doing well. I think this app helps you understand the word better because in normal dictionaries they give you long words you just don’t understand but thanks to the urban dictionary I can actually understand the actually teenage version of the word. The reason I’m giving this app a one star is because I just got the app today and I haven’t explored it much so I still don’t know if their are a few down sides to the app. But so far the app is really well and some definitions are really funny I really recommend it.❤️

All I wanted was a nice dictionary app but the second I opened this app for the first time on the home page there was a message cursing Donald Trup out! Now I’m not a trump fan but when you want to look out the word “Nonplused” you don’t need a age 15 and up political rant! And then when I typed the the letter P guess what the first thing popped up! 🙄 well hope you don’t make the same dumb mistake of GETTING THIS DUMB “DICTIONARY” APP!!! And I apologize for all the yelling but that was very annoying! Good thing my 7 year old brother didn’t want to look up a word 😑🙄

I used to find this app amusing, even quite useful at times but as of lately not so much. Ever since I started receiving the word of the day notification it’s constantly some liberal anti-Trump definition or example. I’m certainly not offended but I just don’t find it amusing any longer especially during a world wide crisis like we’re ALL going through right now. Not to mention I’m certain that during certain past administrations this app wouldn’t be used in this manner. Deleted the app.
